4 sweater orders , all incorrect size, return policy incredibly difficult,

Here’s how bad this company is …I cut and pasted someone else’s review and just changed the type of item I bought and info amount their “refund”. Exact same experience. Thanks to the original author.

I should have read the reviews before purchasing anything from this company. Everything that everyone else has said is exactly how they treat their customers. I ordered several sweaters and they sent the wrong size. After reaching out to try and get an exchange - someone named Anna Davis sends a vague reply stating she needs picture of the item. I send a picture and then I’m told they sometime package them incorrectly and I should try one on to see if it fits. I got a remittance notice but my anti-virus software flagged it as unsafe. Besides the website states a full replacement free of charge- total BS
Avoid this company and do some research before making any online purchases. I won’t make this mistake again, and hopefully I’ve helped you avoid them too.

Do not buy anything from this company!
I ordered a medium size cashmere sweater.
The sweater did arrive after 10-11 days.
It was definitely not cashmere ! The collar was damaged! And the size was XXL !
After an exchange of 22 emails with an Anna Davis from customer service, who I was convinced after the first couple of frustrating apologies for the error and that it will be resolved as per their conditions , that she was a robot and they have no intention of resolving the issue.
Their promise as per their conditions for errors was that they would forward a replacement sweater of the correct size and colour .
I’m still waiting and all I have received is absolute bullshit excuses.

If you know how to discredit their ads on instagram and ticktock with a WARNING not to buy anything from this company please do so 🙏

THE WORST CLOTHING COMPANY! NOT DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. Ill fitting and and seams already had pulls/runs on sweater. Same as another reviewer, they offered a 15% discount on next purchase (laughable) or I pay shipping back to China for $50, more than what I paid for the sweater.

This is a terrible company to do business with they will not exchange your clothes. I’ve been waiting months for a different sweater and they refuse to help me. Please do not buy from them. They have a terrible customer service. They lied about their customer service about returning clothes please do not buy clothes from them. They’re terrible.

Order Nightfall Leather Jacket. Received a synthetic leather jacket. Fraud. Will not refund unless I return item to China. Return costs exceed cost of item. Beware. Fraud

Wish I had checked here before purchasing from a facebook ad. First, didn’t realize it would be shipped from China. Took longer than expected. Received the package and it was labeled as XXXL when I ordered a Large. Contacted customer support and was told to try it on, that many times the bags are miss labeled. Opened the package and the are no labels attached to the sweater. Tried it on and it did fit. However, one of seams was not sewn correctly, so there is about a 2 inch hole. Contacted customer service about the hole and that I wanted a refund. They responded that I would have to pay for shipping back to china or they would give me a 15% discount. After multiple attempts to tell them I am not wanting to pay for a sweater with a hole, I have disputed the charge with American Express.

This company is fake merchandise. Received wrong sizes on every item and wrong color or two. They expected me to pay shipping for return item. Had the bank stop card payment! There are no labels inside and no tags - supposedly cashmere but were definitely not cashmere!

I purchased 5 sweaters that arrived and are way too small (and they are XXL) for me, in addition there is NO mfg label nor is the there a product label that tells you what the garment is made of or country of origin. Of course customer service has been no help they tell me they will give
me 15% off of something I CAN'T wear...I am still waiting for return shipment information

I ordered two "cashmere" sweaters size XL. Received two sweaters size XXXL. THERE ARE NO LABELS! You don't know what you're getting and there's no cleaning instructions. Trying to return them for refund, but I'm not sure that will happen after reading the reviews. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY.

Buyer beware! This ia a BS Chinese company trading on American business standard but don't live up to our standards. I ordered 3 sweaters and the sizes sent were all wrong. I requested a return authorization and was told I had to send pictures. After that numerous delays and hoops to jump through still no RA. A pax on them.

Ordered 2 jackets. Wrong sizes sent. Sizes sent weren't even offered on the website. Would cost $96.40 to return the jackets. Offered a 15% refund or return the items. I highly doubt I would ever see my refund. I will be contacting my bank, as this site is absolutely nothing but a fraud.

They wanted me to send in back …to China with a cost of $40-50.
They told me I could keep wrong size XXL, I ordered M, with a discount of 25%.
I’m just going to notify AMEX to dispute the charge after an exchange of 6 emails.
Don’t buy anything from Edward Fraser they’re a lying scamming poor quality company

Unfortunately I was really looking forward to 2 x blazers I bought. I ordered two x 3 XXXL, when I received the first one the size was akin to XL. The second never arrived. I contacted the company only to be accused of trying to making a false claim. $300 lost.

Bought a cashmere jumper on the 22nd of September, came on the 27th, great quality and worth the money, was scared about purchasing online due to sizing issues ive had before, but fit perfectly.

Got a jacket supposed to be leather..6x wouldn't fit a 110 lb. Man I'm 270..so I'm stuck with this pleather coat..they won't answer any emails..I've sent 5..I'm going to call my bank & put some heat on them..get them scammers off of the internet
