Habe in der Doku Klinik eine Nasenkorrektur bekommen. Dr. Serhan ist ein sehr kompetenter und freundlicher Arzt. Konnte ein schönes Ergebnis erzielen und ist offen für all meine Fragen, auch post OP.
Ich kann Arpanu Medical sehr gut empfehlen, haben alles super organisiert. Op, Klinikaufenthalt, Hotel, 24h Beratungsservice und sind immer für den Patienten da. Wenn man keine Englisch oder Türkisch Kenntnisse hat, ist das kein Problem, denn eine Übersetzerin ist immer vor Ort. Alle super freundlich und vorallem menschlich. Heutzutage ist das nicht selbstverständlich. Danke an Dr. Serhan, die medizinische Beraterinnen Betül und Bahar, die Krankenschwestern, Hotelangestellten, Fahrer und Dolmetscher. Habe mich sehr gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

My whole experience from enquiring about the surgery a couple months ago, to having my cast removed today has been exceptional.
I had my surgery under Dr Serhan at the beautiful Doku clinic.
Dr Serhan exceeded my expectations, he knew exactly what would be the right fit for my face when it came to my nose, his work is natural and he was so friendly.
The whole procedure was well described, perfectly executed and the Dr really listened to what I wanted.
I’ve seen all of his work and I’m so happy to be another wonderful example of this!
I couldn’t be more grateful for my consultant Zivile from Arpanu who has helped guide me through my experience, book my hotel, transfer and advise on where to visit in Istanbul post surgery, she really is an angel!
Another special mentioned to John. E who was my translator when I arrived to the hospital, he really took care of me and answered all the questions I had, including my anxiety driven ones! He was calming and professional and I really appreciated his help.
A final message of gratitude is for the nurses at Doku for helping me on my journey and taking extra care of me after my surgery.
For anyone wanting to look into a Rhinoplasty, do not look anywhere other than Doku medical under Dr Serhan.

Meine Tochter wollte eine Nasenkorrektur, nach mehreren Recherchen hat Sie sich für Dr.Serhan Derin entschieden. TOP ARZT.Schon nach dem wir gelandet sind in Istanbul war die Organisation sehr gut.Das Hotel Nova Plaza Prime war sehr sauber und alle sehr herzlich und nett.Am nächsten Tag würden wir vom Hotel abgeholt und ins Krankenhaus gebracht.Der Dr.Serhan Derin kamm dann zur Kontrolle, wir hatten ein Super guten Eindruck von ihm und natürlich von den ganzen Mitarbeitern aus dem Doku Krankenhaus bekommen. Es lief alles Perfekt .Nach der OP.hatte ich fast wie keine Schmerzen .Ergebnis war sehr sehr gut.Der Berater Burak und die Post Operative Beraterin Bahar haben eine Suoertolle Leistung erbracht. Einfach Spitzenarbeit geleistet.Die haben sich um uns sehr gekümmert, bis wir angeflogen sind.Der Burak, Bahar und der Arzt schreiben immernoch täglich wie es mir geht . Also Nasenkorrektur nur bei Dr .Serhan Derin machen lassen.Zu 1000000% weiterempfohlen.

Hey Leute, wurde am 20 Februar von Dr Serhan Derin Operiert alles ist top verlaufen bin sehr zu Frieden mit meiner neue Nase in Krankenhaus wurde ich richtig gut behandelt alle waren sehr freundlich, danke an meinen dolmetscher Berke Serim und die Bella die mir in Krankenhaus sehr geholfen haben👍nach mein Krankenhaus aufenthalt war die Bahar inci für mich da hatt mir alles genau erklärt auf was geachtet werden muss sie ist wirklich immer erreichbar wenn was sein sollte vielen dank

Dr. Serhan Derin and the team at Arpanu Medical (John, Poyraz and their incredible nurses and post-op consultants) are the most trusting, reassuring, and welcoming people I have ever met. From the moment my cousin and I enquired with Arpanu Medical, all the way from Australia, their hospitality was wonderful. Poyraz, our medical consultant, was always so responsive and reassuring when we communicated our questions and concerns. John, our field coordinator and translator, was amazing and so professional in his role that I began to feel more of a friend of his rather than just a patient in his care. Our pre & post-op nurses attended to our every need and were so gentle with us before, during, and after our surgeries. Our surgeon, Dr Serhan Derin, is so passionate and knowledgeable in his area of work. He knew exactly what work my nose needed to ensure the outcome was medically and cosmetically what I wanted and needed. He exceeded every expectation. I could not recommend Arpanu Medical enough, you are all amazing. I am beyond grateful for this whole experience. I can proudly say that I have a new family in Istanbul. We love you all and we will be back very soon ❤️

Best decision ever was to go with dr serhan and the team at arpanu clinic, thankyou for dr serhan for giving me my dream nose and to poyraz and john for their help in making me feel comfortable and accommodated. The results were very good! The doctor did a great job and the nurses were very kind!

The knowledge of the doctor, the care that I received from the nurses Yasmine and Zahra made my experience great.
I will not forget the anesthesiologist, he did kind gestures to make to feel safe and comfortable.
The nurses are the hospital were very nice.
My result is amazing, I feel fabulous. Dr Serhan is extremely competent.

The whole service was smooth and professional. The dr explained everything well and discussed potential results clearly. Hospital staff were very helpful and looked after me during my stay. The operation itself was not painful but the after effects of anaesthetics did make me drowsy, as expected. So happy with the outcome!! 25 years of thinking about it and the operation only took 2-3 hours. My only regret is I should've done this sooner!!

I’ve had two botched rhinoplasties by top board certified plastic surgeons in Los Angeles. I’m so grateful to have met Dr. Derin. He did an amazing job fixing my nose. I had minimal bruising for a few days. My nose looks amazing! If you are considering a nose job, Dr Serhan Derin is the best!

The guy is a nose job genius I don’t think he knows how to fail a real pro even with my severely crooked nose and an inability to explain how I’d like it I think I asked to look like a top Hollywood heart throb and it was pretty much painless just a little pinch from the IV and everything else was 5 star+ from pick ups interpreters very informative and I was a pain at times I am really grateful and happy for the whole experience wish I’d done it sooner Daniel Matarin

It’s only been 6 days out since I had my rhinoplasty procedure and I am definitely loving my results. Everyone has been so caring and the accommodation at the hotel has really been comfortable and the clinic was very clean. I can't thank my surgeon Dr. Serhan and patient coordinator enough for their professionalism, attentiveness and expertise. I would recommend Dr. Serhan to anyone considering rhinoplasty in Istanbul!
