I had a septorhinoplasty with this doctor, and it was one of the best decisions of my life.

From the very first consultation, I immediately felt that I was in safe hands. Everything was explained to me in detail, I felt reassured, and all my wishes were carefully taken into account — this meant a lot to me.

The surgery went perfectly, and my recovery truly surprised me — I didn’t have any bruising at all, only minimal swelling. I was expecting a much more difficult process, but everything turned out to be far easier and more comfortable.

The result is absolutely amazing 😍 My nose looks very natural and гармониous, exactly how I dreamed it would be. Most importantly, my breathing has improved significantly.

I had a rhinoplasty and septum correction done recently, and I’m beyond happy with the outcome. I’ve struggled with breathing issues for years, and now I can finally breathe properly—and my nose looks exactly how I hoped it would!

From start to finish, the experience was smooth. Kamila, my contact person, was an absolute gem. She guided me through everything and made sure I felt supported the whole way. My surgeon, Dr. Engin Erkal, was super professional and clearly an expert at what he does. I felt I was in great hands from the very first consultation.

The fact that he used a closed technique made such a difference in my recovery. It’s been around three weeks, and you can barely see any signs that I even had surgery. There’s a little bit of swelling left, but honestly, you’d only notice if you were looking for it.

Post-surgery, I didn’t experience much discomfort—just some slight puffiness around my eyes for a couple of days, which faded quickly. Other than that, it was just the nose itself that felt swollen, but it wasn’t bad at all.

I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I’d recommend Dr. Engin Erkal and his team to anyone considering this type of surgery. The care, professionalism, and final outcome have truly exceeded all my expectations!

I had surgery about a month ago and my experience was amazing!
I had a rep with me and helping me the whole time, answering any questions and guiding me, picking me up to the hospital and clinic. I had minimal bruising and swelling and healed within a week or so. Dr came the next morning to check on me and told me everything went well.
I was so nervous going into the hospital and I couldn’t sleep much the night after I had surgery, my throat was really sore but they provided lots of water and hot tea and honey which helped! I had my partner with me which was really helpful I definitely recommend bringing someone with you! The clinic was really professional and he took pictures the day before to make sure it was perfect and how I wanted it. My rep came with me to the clinic to help understand in English which was really helpful, I was given two hotel choices to stay in, I would recommend the more expensive hotel so you’re living more luxury and makes the trip more enjoyable. I met lots of other people in the hotel who had the surgery so it was nice to be in the same boat as other people.
Overall I am really happy with my nose and it is still slightly swollen but I can see a massive difference and so worth it! Pain was minimal for how big of a surgery it was!

Я бы хотела высказать свою благодарность доктору Эркалу за носик мечты! Как только я решилась на изменение носа в Турции, начала выбирать самого лучшего доктора по турецким отзывам, и не ошиблась.
Доктор Эркал не просто один из опытнейших специалистов, но и чудесный человек :) Сначала я обратилась к ассистенту доктора, Айгюнь. Она добрый и светлый человек, который оказал поддержку, сопровождал меня и отвечал на любые вопросы. Айгюнь, отдельная вам благодарность!
После первичного контакта мы договорились о дате консультации в Анталье. На приеме доктор показал мне примерный результат через 4-6 месяцев после ринопластики. Мой случай был не самый легкий - длинный римский нос с горбинкой, сильное искривление перегородки, неровные ноздри, смещенный кончик. Мне повезло с тонкой кожей, поэтому доктор Эркал сразу дал оптимистические оценки скорости заживления и спада отека.
Перед ринопластикой я переживала, так как у меня никогда ранее не было серьезных операций под наркозом, но оказалось, что зря :D
Айгюнь была со мной на протяжении всей подготовки и встречи с анастезиологом. Уже во время первого посещения больницы я поняла, что не стоит переживать и что я в надежных руках. Хотелось бы отдельно отметить, что анастезиолог в больнице Мемориал тоже высококлассный!
В день операции Айгюнь была со мной до и после. Наркоз я вообще не почувствовала, не было никаких неприятных ощущений после пробуждения. Боли тоже не было ни на каком этапе.
После операции прошло 1,5 месяца и нос выглядит совершенно нормально и почти точно так, как доктор показывал на консультации! Все мои пожелания были учтены.
Хотя первая неделя после операции очень тяжелая, я не жалела ни минуты.
Кончик носа еще не чувствуется полностью, но чувствительность, по прогнозам, должна вернуться через несколько месяцев. С нетерпением жду конечного результата!
Еще раз благодарю доктора Эркала, Айгюнь, секретаря доктора и его медсестру, а также всю операционную команду госпиталя Мемориал в Анталье!

I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Erkal for the dream nose! As soon as I decided to do my nose job in Turkey, I began to select the best doctor according to Turkish reviews, and I was not mistaken.
Dr. Erkal is not just one of the most experienced rhinoplasts, but also is a wonderful person :) First, I got in touch with the doctor's assistant, Aygun. She is a kind and bright person who provided support, accompanied me and answered any questions. Aygun, special thanks to you!
After the initial contact, we agreed on the date of the consultation in Antalya. At the appointment, the doctor showed me an approximate result 4-6 months after rhinoplasty. My case was not the easiest - a long Roman nose with a hump, a strong curvature of the septum, uneven nostrils, a displaced tip. I am lucky with my thin skin, so Dr. Erkal immediately gave optimistic estimates of the healing process and edema decline.
I was worried at first since I had never had any major surgeries under anesthesia before, but it turned out that in vain: D
Aygun was with me throughout the preparation and meeting with the anesthesiologist. Already during the first visit to the hospital, I realized that I there is no need to worry and that I was in good hands. I would like to separately note that the anesthesiologist at the Memorial Hospital Antalya is also top-notch!
On the day of the surgery, Aygun was with me before and after. I did not feel anesthesia at all, there were no unpleasant sensations after waking up. There was no pain at any stage either.
After the operation, 1.5 months have passed and the nose looks completely normal and almost exactly as the doctor showed at the consultation! All my wishes were taken into account.
Even though the first week after the surgery was tough, I did not regret a minute.
The tip of the nose is not yet fully felt, but sensitivity is predicted to return in a few months. I look forward to seeing the final result!

I had a really amazing experience with Dr. Enginerkal. I am originally from the US and decided to travel to turkey for my rhinoplasty. I initially contacted Evrim, the assistant, who answered all my questions and planned everything for my stay in turkey.

The Dr. was extremely professional, and made me feel comfortable and safe. He knew very well exactly what I wanted to change and did a really fantastic job. He fixed my aesthetic concerns, a collapsed nostril and deviated septum.

I was initially very concerned about traveling abroad for a rhinoplasty but my experience exceeded all expectations. A special thank you to Dr. Enginerkal and Evrim :)

Ich wurde vor einer Woche von Dr. Engin Erkal operiert und bin mehr als zufrieden! Ich habe mich bei Dr. Erkal und seinem Team sehr wohl und gut beraten gefühlt. Der Arzt hat all meine Wünsche direkt verstanden und umsetzen können, worüber ich sehr glücklich bin. Wenn man mich fragt ist Dr. Engin Erkal ein Künstler seines Faches. Er strahlt eine Souveränität aus und ist die Ruhe in Person. Der Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus verlief auch reibungslos, das Personal war sehr nett und hat sich immer wieder vergewissert, dass es mir gut ging. Nach der OP hatte ich kaum Schwellungen und war weder blau oder grün im Gesicht, dies ist möglicherweise von Person zu Person anders, liegt aber auch mit Sicherheit auch an der sauberen und präzisen Arbeit von Dr. Erkal! Vielen vielen Dank für meine neue schöne Nase. Für mich war es die beste Entscheidung

I really couldn’t begin to tell how easy and comfortable Dr. Engin Erkal and his team made me feel before, during and after my surgery: Dr. Erkal himself is a master at his craft, which is clear to anyone who takes a look at his work. What isn’t so publicly obvious is his attention to detail, the care he gives to each patient despite seeing dozens each week, and how attentive he is to his patients’ needs. He asked me repeatedly what I wanted from the operation and whether I needed anything, including on the day of my surgery. A true gentleman and professional. His excellent team of assistants and nurses didn’t leave me alone for even a moment, and were incredibly sweet and available with any questions I had. I had basically no bruising whatsoever post-op, any significant swelling I had went away within 4-5 days and I was completely back to normal before 10 days post-op. I really couldn’t thank Dr. Erkal and his team enough.

For years i was looking for a good rhinoplasty Doc. until one day instagram suggested me Dr. Engin Erkal Account. I spent hours on his account and fell in love immediately with how precise he works. I contacted him via instagram and that's how I also got to know Evrim, a patient coordinator of Dr. Engin Erkal who also speaks English fluently. I was so thankful for her. She organized everything for me, the hotel, transfer etc. she was always ready to help and would answer any message or call. So when I’ve arrived there was already my transfer waiting for me, such a nice driver. He took me to my hotel and so I could relax for some hours and then the transfer would pick me up to Dr. Engin Erkals clinic, where there was also Evrim waiting for me. So then I went to Dr. Engin Erkals Office, and he knew exactly what I wanted and showed me a sample result. Such a very nice, calm and patient Doc! He made sure I got all my questions answered. On the surgery day, he came to me before we went to the surgery room and tried to take my fear away.
Also after the surgery he made sure everything’s ok. So overall I can tell HE IS THE BEST IN WHAT HE IS DOING!
I thought the sample result what he was showing me was perfect BUT the real final result is more than perfect. I can really tell he has this magic hands, like if someone wouldn’t know me, could never tell I had my nose done. It’s more than perfect and even better than what I was expecting.

I'm here to talk about my experience with Dr. Engin Erkal and all of his amazing team! First of all I came all over from Italy to undergo the surgery, I found Dr Engin on Instagram and DM'd him to ask for information. I was immediately contacted by his assistant Evrim, who replied instantly and gave me all information on pricing procedure and ectt... whatever question or doubt I had she promptly answered, I literally didn't have to do anything but book the ticket to Antalya and pay for the surgery, since everything from hotel to transportation was taken care of.
I arrived in Antalya e couple of days before the surgery and was warmly welcomed by the doctor's assistant: Evrim, she made me feel so at ease I wasn't worried about the surgery at all!! I met the doctor at the clinic the day after, he was so incredibly kind and professional, and immediately understood what my wishes where, showed me what the results would look like, and what to expect right after surgery. The day of the surgery I stayed at the Memorial hospital in Antalya and was taken care of second to none, and went back to my hotel the day after. Recovery was very quick since all of my needs where taken care of, from medications to dayly check up. I literally recovered in one week, since I had to fligh back home a week after surgery. When my cast came of on day six post-op expections met reality and was SO happy about the results. Now it's been only ten days after surgery and my nose already looks great and I'm back to my day to day life routine.
