Very happy with my experience with Dr Serhan and his team. I was looked after from start to finish and was treated very well during my stay. The hotel (nova plaza) was very accommodating during my stay. Drivers that were designated for drop off and pick up were punctual and on time. Despite having payment issues because of my bank they were helpful and supportive throughout reducing the amount of stress that was caused. The hospital was extremely clean and very welcoming.

My translaters "John" and "Mithat" were very helpful and would go above and beyond to answer any questions or queries I had about the procedure or recovery.

Dr Serhan Derin is amazing at what he does! He did my rhinoplasty, at first I wasn't sure what I wanted to do to my nose but all I knew was that I didn't like my nose at all, Dr Serhan Derin gave me great advice on what would suit my face and I am so happy with the results so far! I'm only 6 weeks post op but I am loving my nose, Dr Serhan Derin is very talented and a great doctor, he also came to visit me after my operation to make sure everything was fine which I really appreciated, would highly recommend him if you are thinking of getting a rhinoplasty! :)

Die Deutschsprachige- Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls SUPER inkl. der Krankenschwestern, die ich nicht wenig in Anspruch genommen habe.
Dr. Serhan Derin ist ein sehr professioneller Arzt, ehrlich und transparent! Er ist auf alle Fragen eingegangen und hat sich Zeit für die Termine genommen.
Die Klinik selbst ist sehr schön und modern ausgestattet. (Einzelzimmer, riesen TV, alles Sauber etc.)
Die Unterbringung im Hotel war ebenfalls TOP, 5 Sterne Hotel in dem man sich wirklich wohlgefühlt hat und auskurrieren konnte.
Das Ergebnis bisher ist besser als erwartet, entgültig kann man das aber erst nach der Heilungsphase von 6-12 Monaten beurteilen.

Amazing service from beginning to end. I booked my Septorhinoplasty in September with Dr Serhan Derin after reading great reviews, was anxious but he put me at ease, everything was smooth from booking the appointment to hotel accommodation, transfers and surgery including aftercare team. Everything was explained during the consultation, blood tests taken, there was even a nurse at the hotel each day during recovery days. Cannot fault this place. What is nice is even when the surgery is done and the splint is taken off the aftercare team get in touch and check in on you. Would recommend to anyone.

After reading such positive reviews about Dr Serhan Derin and his work I was convinced he was the right surgeon for me! I had regular communication with one of his assistants Elif who was absolutely lovely and answered all my questions and reassured me whenever I had any issues or worries. Before and after my surgery I had a really helpful translator called John who was really informative and helped me understand fully what was going on. Dr Serhan Derin completed my surgery with no complications and did such a fantastic job on my nose and informed me on all the aftercare (John also helped break any language barriers during explaining aftercare) and I am confident in how I can look after my nose at home. Everyone who I came into contact with during this experience was super friendly, helpful and always available to offer advice. The hotel and surgery clinic was so big, clean and a generally nice place to be in.
No bad comments I can say, everything went so smoothly and I am so happy with my new nose!

Ich habe mich von Anfang bis Ende sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Arzt Dr Derin war ein sehr netter, erfahrener Arzt der genau weiss welch Nase zu einem passt. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt, und bin sehr froh mich für Ihn entschieden zu haben.Die ganze Organisation war Tiptop. Die Übersetzer waren super lieb haben einen sehr beruhigt und alles sehr genau erklärt. So wie es sein sollte. Alles in allem kann ich diese Klinik vorallem den Arzt sehr weiterempfehlen und hoffe alle machen so eine tolle Erfahrung wie ich dort.

I was initially hesitant about going ahead because I was coming all the way from Australia (by myself) but through whatsapp I was messaging back & fourth with an assistant Poyraz who answered all my questions & started to ease my concern. From the moment I arrived at the airport everything was so organised, super detailed instructions on where to meet the driver etc. The hotel included in the package was lovely (looked even better than the photos!!), clean & had delicious food. My translator John was so kind & helped with any language barriers as well as providing lots of general knowledge about the procedure itself. The hospital Dr Serhan operated out of was immaculate & the nurses took great care of me. I didn’t personally experience pain - just discomfort, swelling & bruising. By day 4 I was out exploring Istanbul. I couldn’t recommend Dr Serhan enough. He gave me EXACTLY what I wanted - a functional but better looking nose. He listened to me when I explained I didn’t want the super upturned look & when the cast came off I couldn’t even believe he was able to do what he did with my nose - it was surreal! I had high hopes but they were beyond exceeded!! Dr Serhan is an incredible surgeon & Istanbul is such a beautiful city that I will definitely be returning to. thankyou🇹🇷🇦🇺❤️

I found Dr. Serhan Derin trough TikTok and decided to have rhinoplasty surgery after reviewing a lot of positive feedback from his patients.
I have had complex for my nose during many years but now I decided to do something about it.
I was received by Dr. Serhans staff in Istanbul, and they were very helpful and welcoming during the home week I spent there. The surgery went well, and I did not feel any pain at all. The follow up afterwards has been excellent and I can with all my heart recommend Dr. Serhan to anyone who is thinking of doing rhino surgery. It has changed my life.

It was quite hard to put into words how remarkable this experience has been! I am from Australia and have been wanting to have a Rhinoplasty for about 15 years! I'd been to many well know surgeons in Australia and each time I'd get a 3D image done, I'd walk away hating it and deciding not to do it. Last year I decided I'd do it in Bankgkok, so I'd paid a deposit and not yet booked the date. About 3 months ago my best friend asked why I hadn't looked into surgery in TURKEY! It had honestly never crossed my mind to do so! Let me say, TURKEY & Dr. SERHAN made my dreams come true! I can't express enough the hygiene and cleanliness of the hospital, I literally could have eaten off the floor! It was sparkling clean, the nurses were SO BRILLIANT and attentive. Simge helped me through the booking process and was always available and happy to answer any annoying questions I had, thank you! John E- ONE OF A KIND! His level of care, experience, kindness and support, I am 1000% sure I NEVER would get this in Australia (he helped me through the entire process and is still helping with any questions eventhough I'm back in Australia), this experience would not have been the same without him. Now...to the amazing Dr.Serhan! He is a very humble and a quietly confident man, he made me laugh and he is just an AMAZING surgeon! I had A LOT of work done, my surgery was 3.5 hours! He did not do a 3D image, he simply asked me to show him what I wanted to achieve! I could not believe the results when he showed me the before and after surgery photo! He did not compromise my breathing, in fact he fixed it also! He exceeded every expectation I had! I had no pain at all from surgery, I did have minimal eye bruising on day 3 and puffy cheeks, however within 7 days all was back to normal! I will say, to anyone embarking on this journey, you should mentally prepare yourself to be uncomfortable 🙃 because the first 2 days were very uncomfortable with the nasal tampons. However, once they were removed I was fine and I really only had to deal with looking at myself with puffy cheeks for 7 days! Istanbul is BEAUTIFUL and the people are so lovely. This journey has changed my life in so many ways, I'm so so glad I did it with Dr.Serhan and his team! I am now almost 3wks post surgery and the swelling has also decreased dramatically! I cannot thank everyone enough for all their work. I still find it very surreal to comprehend I have the nose I've always dreamed of!!

The whole experience was good and I my doctor was great. Everyone was very helpful and supportive. There was always a nurse to look after me and even weeks after my surgery they are still reaching out to me.

If you are still looking for the best rhinoplasty doctor in Istanbul do not look further. I had my 2nd revision with Dr Derin and I cannot express the amazing work that he has done. I thought it would be impossible to fix my nose after my first nose job in Austria. Dr Derin was very available for any of my wishes but also explained me what is possible and what not. I came to Turkey in August to get a septorhinoplasty done by Dr Serhan Derin. I was super comfortable during the whole process and the whole team was really helpful and kind and there to answer all my questions and help with each concern I had. Doctor Derin fixed my nose aesthetically and dealt with my crooked nose and a big bump, he also fixed my severely deviated septum and completely helped with my breathing problems.
Even after leaving the country, the team keeps doing check-ups, making sure everything is as it should be and that I am comfortable and pleased. I am really thankful for the whole team and the experience, I couldn’t have chosen better.
It was painless and I am beyond satisfied with the results!

I had an amazing experience with Dr. Serhan and his team! Simge and John took excellent care of me, both before and after surgery. They were both available to help me with anything I needed and to answer my questions. For context, I'm from the USA, I had three different consultations before making the decision to use Dr. Serhan, and I had undergone surgery before although not for my nose. I had what I believe is a complex case. My turbinates were very swollen, I had a badly deviated septum, I could not breathe out of one of my nostrils, my nose was also visually crooked with a large tip. I had my surgery on May 10, 2023. Initially I was worried about the final outcome because there was so much swelling, but as the doctor told me this is normal for some people and it can take some time for the swelling to subside. Within one month the swelling in my nostrils and bridge of my nose was almost completely gone. Although I was concerned that my nostrils might not be symmetrical when they healed I was worried for no reason. Today my nostrils have no swelling and they are even and symmetrical just as John and Dr. Serhan promised! It was only the swelling making my nose appear uneven. I have the cutest nose now and it works perfectly! I still have some swelling at my incision site, but each week I see the swelling reduce. I was nervous during the healing phase because so much in the appearance changes so often. To help my anxiety, I started taking weekly update pictures of myself so I could see the changes that were happening over time. And of course, I reached out to Dr. Serhan's team any time I had a question or concern. I had a luxury experience with Dr. Serhan, his staff, and Doku Medical Center!

Dr Serhan is the nose genius . I had a very difficult nose from previous surgery from Poland . Its still early days but can tell it feels stronger than before. He is just a gentle soul, and a smiley happy manner about him . he actually listens and is honest he spent his time talking through my nose and was thorough of all options. The doku clinic was amazing better than the hotel lol has huge tv with Netflix and the nurses checked on me every 2 hours . I was met with John who translated and his English is superb and a nice person . Although the dr can understand and speak basic English he there to make it clearer and the finer details . I would suggest bringing things with you to keep you entertained the recovery is long as there not much to do if you stay at the prime. There are two malls local .

Flew from Australia to Istanbul to have my nose done. Obviously had the fear of the unknown and what to expect. But if you have been thinking of having it done Dr. Serhan Derin is your plastic surgeon. Excellent at what he does an a lovely person. The whole team was fantastic from my first contact with the consultant Diana, The nursing staff, John E the English interpreter the hospital facilities were all top knot an they did exactly what they promised they would do. It was a wonderful experience an I was grateful I found them.

I initially approached Dr. Serhan Derin to address my bent nose, but my experience exceeded all expectations. One of my primary concerns was preserving the ethnic characteristics of my nose while improving its appearance. Additionally, I must extend heartfelt thanks to Mohamed and the nurses at the hotel who answered all my questions about aftercare in a comprehensive and caring manner. Their guidance was invaluable during the recovery phase, putting any concerns I had to rest.
