From the communication from Ebru to get to the point of coming to the hospital for a check up and for the help from her and her staff on the day itself, this is a thoroughly professional service that is offered for us as "foreign" patients. Ebru was very attentive in all of her arrangements and we have subsequently made arrangements to attend again in the summer. I could definitely recommend the Can Hospital for check up and treatment.

I genuinely don’t even know where to start, my experience with CAN Hospital has been nothing short of amazing.

From the very first point of contact, everything was handled so professionally and with so much care. The communication was excellent, and I always felt informed, supported, and reassured throughout the entire process.

I travelled for a tummy tuck and liposuction procedure, and I can honestly say the entire journey exceeded my expectations.

The coordinators (Nurdan and Tuncay) were absolutely incredible—so kind, patient, and always available whenever I had questions. They really went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and confident every step of the way. To the beautiful manager Ebru thank you for creating such a smooth, organised, and welcoming experience. Everything was handled so well.

When I arrived, the hospital itself was clean, well-organised, and very welcoming. The cleaning and hospitality staff deserve a special mention—they were always so helpful, happy, and genuinely kind. Their positive attitude and care made such a difference to my stay and really helped me feel at ease.

And my surgeon Utku Nacak… truly amazing. The level of skill, attention to detail, and care I received has honestly changed my life. I am so happy with my results already, and I feel more confident than I have in years.

This wasn’t just a procedure for me—it was a full experience, and I felt supported from beginning to end.

Faultless service, communication, hygiene, medical attention and top notch surgeons! This place is fantastic, super clean, all staff are super professional and attentive. Felt 100% safe and cared for. You are kept in their care from bring picked up from the airport til being waved off at the return airport security, - no hotels - full stay is in the hospital. The hospital itself is large and has many departments including an A&E so again- makes you feel much safer than staying in a hotel like other “ clinics” offer. The medical staff speak basic, polite and necessary English, but a fluent English speaker is always reachable if needed, even during the night. The private rooms are spacious, clean and modern with good WIFI, large windows,a TV with Netflix, a fridge and a kettle with tea/coffee sachets etc. My surgeon was Utku Nacak who did a fantastic and very neat job of my tummy tuck, pubis lift and arm lift. Only the surgeons inspect and change your wounds and dressings- they like to manage it from beginning to end, so nice and consistent. There’s plenty of communication and visits by the sales reps/ co-ordinators who are all lovely and speak really good English. Mine was a lovely lady called “ Ebru” who has undergone many surgeries herself so has a great understanding of what you’re going through.

Do NOT hesitate to use this hospital. 100% first class care, communication and reasonably priced too!

I have recently had upper eye blepharoplasty performed at Can Hospital , Izmir by Dr Kader Dogan.
I honestly cannot express my delight and happiness in how my procedure and experience went.
I cannot fault the staff in fact, even though I was there for only four days I felt like they were friends and I trusted them completely.
Münir was my first point of contact and from the second we messaged, he was utterly professional, friendly, approachable, and so easy to communicate with. His English is outstanding, and he didn’t make me feel any question was silly. He informed me of what would happen during the time there by sending an abundance of information. He told me I would be met at the airport by Asmin who was super friendly, totally professional, and easy to talk to. She explained everything that would happen and reassured me that I was in the best hands.
The day of my procedure Dr Kader explained everything to me. She was so approachable and extremely experienced in her job, she totally put me at ease.
Not for one second did I feel worried or anxious.
Merve was another friendly face with loads of experience and reassurance who came specifically to check that I was OK.
Even when I got home from Turki the follow up contact was excellent. I was a little concerned clinically about something with my eyes but immediately got an answer straight back from the doctor via Munir.
I also want to mention Ebru , who is the international coordinator for overseas patients and the manager . Her stories and videos that were sent to me before I attended were simply inspirational, and I was so delighted to meet with her after my surgery. She was so supportive and lovely.
I cannot recommend Can Hospital enough, my experience there has left me in no doubt to return if ever I needed further clinical treatment. Thank you team.

Right from the start, my first enquiry was delt with professionaly and at no point was I pressurised to proceed or for money.
Once I made my decision to move foward, I recieved ALL relevant information that I needed in preparation for travelling and surgery
Upon arrival at airport, I was met by English speaking staff who transferred me to hospital in a comfy, air conditioned car.
Hospital was immaculately clean as was my private room.
All staff were professional, courteous and efficient.
Day off surgery I was nervous but again, staff and surgeon reassured me and, at all times, I knew what was going to happen and when.
Surgery went very well and the after care in hospital was above my expectations.
Surgeon checked in on me daily which I was pleasantly surprised about and nurses were constantly checking on my needs.
Check out day, I was sent home with everything I needed for about a month including comprehensive literature, medications and protein shakes
Again, comfy air con car took me back to airport and I was also helped with my luggage.
Since being back in UK, I've had no pain or any problems.
Hospital care team have been in contact on a regular basis and, if I've had any questions, answers are clear and reassuring.
To sum up, I can't think off anything I could change to improve the care I recieved.
On a personal note, I want to thank everyone that was involved with my care, before, during and after my surgerey. I appreciate everything you've all done.
I now have a far better quality of life and am happy for the first time in many years.

In December 2025 I was 210kg I had the sleeve gastrectomy with Dr. Ufuk Önsal
The surgery went well I recovered quickly and now in less than 4 months I’ve lost almost 50 kilos.
I’m very happy with the results, I’m following a protein diet and moving as much as I can more and more.
A special thank you to the doctor and his crew and the manager and the admin Didem who is still following my progress.

I travelled in March this year for a tummy tuck and thigh lift with dr Utku nacak. All dates and details of travel and surgery were arranged with munir before leaving Uk.
On arrival asmin met me at the airport and travelled to the hospital with me. When I arrived in can hospital I met another girl called merve who would also help me throughout my stay.
Surgery went ahead next morning and I’m now almost 5 weeks post op and I feel amazing! The hospital stay for the week was more comforting than being in a hotel. I was treated with antibiotics and pain relief the entire stay and also returned home with all creams and antibiotics that I would need for my recovery.
I am so pleased with how my recovery is going . I followed all advice given by the team and Ebru also provided videos that have helped me since I returned home. My friend is so impressed with my incision lines and recovery that she’s now booked for June!

Had a necklift & Nano fat transfer to the face and neck mid February. Obviously I was apprehensive and nervous beforehand, but Ebru and her team immediately put me at ease. Ebru takes a personal interest in all her patients and she is super efficient. Everything is planned and implemented to a very high standard. My operation went ahead and was a great success. Post op care was equally as attentive as the pre- op care. I can’t fault the hospital for anything they did. They are hugely experienced and it shows as soon as you arrive at Izmir Aiport. From my arrival to my departure a week later, everything went very smoothly. Thank you Ebru. The swelling has considerably reduced and you can see the improvements to the areas I was concerned with. Very pleased with the results. I would highly recommend Ebru and her team for your cosmetic surgery wishes.

I visited can hospital some 4 weeks ago for upper and lower eye lift. I am 65 years old and concerned about the procedure more so going under general anaesthetic. I was welcomed at the airport by Merve. She escorted me by taxi to my hotel and chatted. Also giving me information about the surgery etc. Lovely girl. Next day I was picked up again by Merve and escorted me to the hospital. Here i was also greeted by Ebru who has been excellent with her knowledge,before,during and still in contact now 4 weeks on. I also was greeted by the surgeon,Dr Kader. All through my stay looked after me like family. They were all so kind and helpful. Including Merve,s friend (never did catch her name).4 weeks on i am home and happy with my hole experience and how my eyes now look. I researched for 4-5 months before coming across the hospital and so glad I held out, Ebru was so informative any silly question(to me) she always answered and gave me that reassurance I most definitely needed! I went to Can Hospital after extensive conversations with Ebru who went out of her way to ensure i had all the information i needed and felt comfortable with the surgeries being proposed. I had an arm lift and fdl tummy tuck after a big weight loss. I went over there alone as my husband was unable to attend. I was met by an english speaking interpreter who travelled with me to the hospital. She helped me book in and get me comfortable. The next day saw my surgeon Dr Uruk and he looked at the areas i wanted changing and showed me what was possible. He marked me up then in the afternoon i went down for my surgery. When i came back the nurses were so attentive. Nothing was too much. I was observed regularly and as soon as i had an issue( fainted whilst trying to sit up) they reacted immediately getting bloods to see why and giving me a blood transplant which made me feel much better. Ebru and Merve checked on me regularly making sure everything was okay and that i was comfortable. I have been so please with the results and the service i received i and already planning a return trip to get my breasts lifted later this year. I honestly can’t fault anything and i’m so glad i found this hospital. Rooms and bathrooms were very nice as well!

3 weeks ago I had blepharoplasty and an eye lift. Im a 55 year old man. I am so happy with the results so far all the scars are healing a lot better than I thought they would. From the very 1st txt message I've been looked after so we'll it was so reassuring I was with a good company. I just want to start with a personal thank you with full gratitude to Ebru the hospital management coordinator, plus Doctor Utku Nacak my surgeon, but also to all the wonderful staff that the CAN hospital has employed, which helped me from start to finish on my journey.
So the journey began when I was contacted by Ebru while I was researching my options to have surgery, but from the first text I received from her to continuing support months after my surgery she has been amazing, she is completely dedicated to her work, goes above and beyond to help her patients, she explains and reassures you through out the process of deciding what you want to achieve, and how that process will take place before and after surgery.
The surgeon is a perfectionist in his work so caring and reassuring towards all his patients, his communication skill’s are amazing and makes you feel at ease, he explains everything before and after surgery while your recovering, I won’t go anywhere else for surgery and I am going back to him for more work to be done in the future.
All I can say about the hospital is that’s its the only one you want to be treated at as its clean, modern has fantastic facilities with professional caring staff, they are all friendly and polite, they made me feel so comfortable as I traveled by myself and I was so nervous as this was my first time having this type of surgery, but Ebru and all the team did their magic and made my experience a magical one.

An amazing experience with the most fantastic surgeon who was literally the `best in class`.
From the beginning to the end, the operation, the pre-op, the attention to detail, the care and attentiveness of all the nurses at the Hospital was absolutely exceptional.
The only negative I now feel (5 weeks post op) is the lack of aftercare and support when returning home.

Most of my questions were answered during the time I was in Turkey (albeit before surgery and post surgery when I was in pain) but questions that have been burning since being home has resulted in using Co-pilot and YouTube.

Overall, I would definitely recommend the surgeon for this particular surgery as I am more than happy with the results (5 weeks after)
