I had my revision surgery recently, and despite an issue of price quotation, I was very pleased that the team at Arpanu met me halfway with what I needed. The doctor was exceptional, and something I really appreciate Is the fact the team are constantly checking in on you prior, during and post surgery, and I’m well aware there are plenty of patients on a day to day basis, but they truly make you feel important. A special shout out to John who was one of my translators and Zivile, my consultant. For a surgery that can be frightening, the whole experience at this clinic was fantastic and safe- and the clinic is gorgeous with a ridiculously good art collection too!

I want to give a detailed review about my experience with Dr. Serhan Derin. First I contacted the clinic by WhatsApp. My contact person was Zivile. She was amazing and helped me to complete the registration for the surgery. She answered all my questions and was available all the time. She also arranged all the pickups/ transfers and checked if I was okay.

The surgery: We had an e-consult before I arrived in turkey. The doctor explained everything thoroughly and I explained my wishes. He even saw that my septum was deviated (which causes breathing issues) and offered to fix that.

When I arrived I got picked up from the airport in a very nice van. And then stayed at the hotel for a night. Next morning I was picked up and got my blood tests done. The translator (John) helped me and he was very friendly. He also had a lot of medical knowledge. They also checked my heart before surgery. Then I met the anaesthesiologist to make sure I get the right anaesthetic. Then I met dr Serhan and we thoroughly discussed the surgery and what I want also my breathing problems (which are fixed now). Communication was easy because he knows enough English for a consult. But the translator was there the whole time as well so that was great. I really noticed that the doctor is an ENT not just a plastic surgeon because he focused a lot on the function of the nose.

I had basically no swelling and barely any bruising. Everyone was so friendly. I had no pain just discomfort from the cast and the silicones in my nose. I also had barely any bleeding. My results are even prettier than I expected. It’s one week post op and I can already fully breathe. I’m so happy with the results so far and can’t wait for the final outcome. Thanks so much 💕

From the 1st contact I had with Dr Derin team, Aleyna Drs assistant helped to book a 121 consultation with Dr in Turkey, transportation was provided from airport hotel and Dr's office. I was so impressed with Dr Derin that I immediately booked my ethnic revision rhinoplasty with him . Again Aleyna did a great job assisting me with all my queries and surgery details.

My experience in Turkey was amazing the staff at hospital were so friendly and Dr Derin team are extremely attentive, I had translator thru out the whole process , the operation when smoothly once back at the hotel I was contacted by the after care team and seen .there are live in nurses based in the same hotel,. The after care team visited me in my room and i was also contacted by the after care Dr who will be looking after me for the next year. I was able to contact someone at all times when even a query occurred.

I highly reccomend Dr and his wonderful team . My stay at the hotel was pleasant it's a 5* resort hotel which provides you with free shuttle daily into the city center of Taskim were you can explore istanbul further and make it surgery and mini holiday in one

I want to thank Dr Serhan for giving me the perfect natural nose. I am currently 4 weeks post op and my whole life has changed! The whole process from start to finish has been outstanding. Ich bin sehr begeistert, Doktor Serhan Derin, hat wirklich ein händchen für Nasen. Er hat meine Nase perfekt gemacht, genauso wie ich es wollte. Alle aus meiner Umgebung, sind erstaunt wegen der tollen und sauberen Arbeit. Ich kann ihn nur weiter empfehlen.

Meine Assistentin Dara, hat mich über WhatsApp sehr überzeugt und kam mir sofort sympathisch rüber. Sie war wirklich immer erreichbar für mich und hatte auf alles eine antworte, ich konnte mich immer auf sie verlassen. Sie hat mich über alles aufgeklärt und ist auch noch nach der Operation für mich da. Auch ein großes Lob an Dara.🥰

Der Aufenthalt im Krankenhaus, war nicht wie in üblichen Krankenhäusern, es war sehr sehr modern und schön. Man hat sich einfach wohl gefühlt.

Die Dolmetscher waren auch sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Krankenschwestern waren sofort da, wenn man sie rief und waren wirklich sehr süß, sie haben einen gestreichelt und liebevolle Sachen auf Türkisch gesagt 🥺

Der Transfer ist zwar bisschen schnell gefahren, aber auch die waren sehr sehr lieb und haben sich gerne mit einem Übersetzer mit uns unterhalten.

Im Hotel konnte man sich genauso wenig beschweren, das Essen war einwenig teuer, aber was erwartet man von so einem schönen Hotel. Es sah nicht nur schön aus, sondern war auch sauber.

Im großen und ganzen bin ich einfach nur glücklich mich dafür entschieden zu haben und kann es nur weiterempfehlen 🥰

Ich habe vor einigen Wochen mit meiner Cousine zusammen eine Nasen-Op bei Dr. Serhan Derin machen lassen. Und das sowohl aus gesundheitlichen als auch aus ästhetischen Gründen. Nach langem Recherchieren entschieden wir uns für Dr. Serhan Derin. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmte und er und sein Team waren alle super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Zu der Op: Ich hatte zunächst echt Angst vor der Op, wie auch meine Cousine. Dr. Serhan Derin strahlt aber solch eine Ruhe und Kompetenz aus, sodass ich mit gutem Gewissen in die Op konnte. Auch die Aufklärung und Besprechung fand ich informativ und ehrlich. Er ging auf all meine Wünsche ein und hat sie super umgesetzt. Ich bedanke mich bei Dr. Serhan Derin für meine neue Nase. Auch der Krankenhausaufenthalt war sehr angenehm und alle haben sich gut gekümmert. Bei den Kontrollterminen lief auch alles gut und er nimmt sich die Zeit für Fragen und Anliegen.

Ich bin super zufrieden und froh, dass ich es dort gemacht habe 🙏🏼.

I went to Dr.Derin February 2024 for revision

My experience was great, way better than my primary experience. I had a revision my original surgery left me with a crooked nose. Now my nose is symmetric and fits my face. I’m so grateful I can move on with my life! I love my new nose!

I flew from Sydney and stayed 10 days for my surgery.
I had the best experience with the whole team here. Simge, John, Mohammad, all the nurses and of course Dr Serhan.

At the age of 36, I decided to reduce my nose (I had a complex all my life). I carefully looked for a doctor and talked with assistants, looked for reviews on Google and everywhere.. and I made my choice on Doctor Serhan and never regretted it! meeting from the airport / transfer / hotel - very well arranged 🤍 the clinic and the doctor’s team are wonderful! After the operation there were no bruises and nothing hurt 😍 by the end of the week I saw my nose and cried with happiness. it was my birthday and the gift was a beautiful nose 🤍 thanks to Dr. Serhan and his Team.

With all honesty I can easily say this experience was 100 x better thanks to the amazing staff working together to answer all your questions and make you feel comfortable with the procedure.
