There should be the option for zero star rating, please be warned do not fall into the scam of ordering through this company.
The website is well put together and user friendly- that is where it stops.

I have waited over a month and not one panel has turned up. After 17 days of not hearing anything, I gave them the benefit of the doubt, that they are a small company and playing catch up.
I did not get a response to my email after 17 days, I tried calling several times but no one answered.
After another week of emails I finally get a reply which was a complete fob off, they will be delivered this week but no idea when.
Needless to say there wasn’t a delivery or reply to any of my other emails.
I asked for a refund as it had been over a month, again nothing back.
Luckily I managed to claim it back through my credit card.

I am surprised there are some glowing reviews on here, either they’ve had some serious issues- if so they shouldn’t let you order and mess people around waiting for a product that doesn’t exist. Or the reviews are fake.
The reviews that leave poor feedback then get responded by from the company always trying to blame it on the customers 🤣 petty school yard behaviour.
Hopefully you read this review before deciding to make a purchase on their website.
COMPLETE SCAM!
Shortly after posting this review I received a call from the lady working for the company.
She did sound genuinely apologetic how poor the experience had been and made no excuses for it.
I asked if there was a reason why it had been handled so poorly, she said it was due to understaffing issues and her having to deal with a lot.

She did seem to care, and I will give her benefit of the doubt.
Mine was a small order but it has held up the entire job and had quite a knock on factor.
She did say my order was with the courier but it’s very hard to believe it after so much messing around.
She did offer to send the order free of charge, so again I guess she does feel bad for how it has progressed or not.

It’s just disappointing that I get a call straight away after leaving a negative- but honest review, but all of my other correspondence goes unanswered.
I wish them well and suggest they review how they respond to customers.

Ordered 15 April and still no news of order. Have sent multiple emails but no response or even acknowledgement.

Judging by some of the other reviews here, I am not alone.

Any company that has two trustpilot accounts are going to be disingenuous. Avoid at at all cost. Customer service not available as they ignore email and phone contact. Still waiting for panels which I guess will never turn up.

Very pleased with the product-looks great but not been installed just yet. Only thing I had an issue with was I spoke to them on the phone and asked for delivery from a certain date& I also indicated this on my order. They delivered earlier than that by a week, luckily I was in-I had not been sure I could be. Hope they can pick up on this as otherwise was very pleased

Lovely company to deal with Very friendly and helpful. Just letting the wood get to room temperature so looking forward to getting it up. Would definitely recommend this company to friends and family.

Amazing customer service and the panelling looks amazing & so easy to fit.

The customer service was excellent. I needed the wall panels to be delivered in 3 days and they sorted that out for me immediately. The panels and skirting boards arrived well packaged and were just what I was looking for at a reasonable price. Would highly recommend this company.

Excellent experience with DIY Wall Panelling. You really don't know what a company is like until you have a problem - that's just my personal opinion. I did have an issue, my order was a little overdue and the amount of panels that did eventually arrive were not the amount ordered. I was dreading making the call as this was 4.30pm on a Friday afternoon and I needed these panels for the weekend. However, spoke to Natalia who sorted the issue out promptly and professionally and by 7.30am the next day (Sat), the panels arrived. Can't get better service than that. Well done. I love them too, they look great. Will definitely be back and can't recommend DIY Wall Panelling enough.

Ordered item, 1 week later no delivery estimate. Emailed to ask for one, no reply. Will be asking my bank for a refund at this rate.
Updated to add: after seeing my review the company issued me a refund stating this is what I had asked for - if you read my review above, I didn't. I also received a phone call informing me I'd been refunded as per my review and that delivery apparently takes 2 weeks. Why they don't make this clearer in a confirmation email or on the checkout page, I don't know. I did say they didn't have to refund me, they could have just told me when my order was arriving. Didn't particularly appreciate the tone of the call to be honest - otherwise I'd probably have updated to a higher star rating.

I ordered my panels on 5th march and received them on the 12th march,very well packaged and all the panels
were of excellent quality,i emailed natalia to confirm the delivery date and she got back to me a couple of hours later very polite and informative.
Now if your reading the reviews on trust pilot you will see a couple of negative ones which seam very extreme and unfair i dont get why people are so quick to leave rude and negative reviews,i can only speak from my experience which was fantastic,to which i have just ordered some more panels.

Really great effective panels. I wanted something unique for my dining room, and the customer service in helping me choose the right fit was fab. The panels were easy to install and good quality.

Terrible service . I ordered the panels they took my money then nothing . Tried calling and leaving my number dor them to call which they never did . I contacted my bank for a refund . Then they emails me to say they would be delivered on a Saturday delivery. Guess what they never did send them so im glad i got my refund from the bank .

Unfortunately, we have had no contact at all regarding delivery despite numerous emails , telephone calls etc. We haven’t managed to speak to anyone to let us know when we can expect our delivery. My husband emailed and added a message at the time of the order,as specified on their website, as he needed them to arrive this weekend (still giving 2 weeks notice ) as he has taken time off work to do the bathroom. Nothing! Nada! Terrible , terrible customer service.

Untrustworthy & Unreliable - AVOID!
Truly Appalling customer service - AVOID at all costs or suffer!

I first emailed them on 30 November 2024 and I got zero response.

I then emailed again on 11 December 2024 and got zero response.

I then called a week later and an apologetic lady said I would get a call tomorrow.

All of December disappeared and zero response.

I then emailed again on 20th January and got apologies and was told I would get a response the next day (21 January 2025) and ..... yes zero response.

I hate write in this way but these are untrustworthy and unreliable cowboys based on my experience and I want others to avoid my fate. Had I actually placed an order I dread to think the problems I would have had to endure.

DIY wall panelling seems to be an example of one of those companies that has a flashy website but has no professionalism or infrastructure ... like a hoax company.

I have edited my review because my issue was resolved after leaving a bad review. It shouldn’t have come to that but they did resolve quickly after that. I understand they’d had a surge of orders they couldn’t keep up to. I suggested they contact all orders to advise of a delay rather than radio silence. Always try to support small business so hopefully it’s a one off.

(Previous review….Website confirms they'll deliver within 1 week of order. That was 3 weeks ago and they have not replied to any of my queries to ask when I'll receive my order)

From the initial contact through to the delivery and customer service has been excellent. The precision cutting was to the exact requirements. The delivery was when stated and the boards were carefully packed ensuring no damage. The follow up was of a very high standard. I would recommend

AVOID! SCAMMERS! They take your order and then fail to deliver without any communication. Numerous unanswered phone calls and emails later and still no panelling! Trading standards have been made aware via citizens advice who are investigating these con artists!!

I feel the panels are good quality and very reasonably priced. I have given 4 stars as ordered twice and both times had to chase for delivery dates.
