Poor service 3 of the 10 wood cladding damaged when sent pictures the answer was this is a machined product ... and therefore will not exchange (tough)really unhelpful..
Do not use .. if you want a good product or even what you would expect on the finish

Gotta Say, what a service. Sam was very helpful taking care of order and no issues with timing and delivery. Deliver driver was exceptionally professional. Hard to find this level of service these days. 10/10

The ease of which I could order what I needed

Purchased a butt and bead grooved panelling kit as part of the refurbishment of our downstairs cloakroom. The kit arrived on time, well packed and was extremely easy to fit. Looks great!

The order was incorrectly supplied. I ordered prepainted panels, but got unpainted. I was advised I’d get a refund as the unpainted ones should be cheaper- this never happened.
Then I discovered that not all the panels were the same length, meaning many had to have 10mm cut off the end to match up. The whole point of ordering 1200mm lengths was to save cutting myself!! Rubbish service.

Having used this company before to supply bespoke wainscot bead and butt wall panelling kit for our hallway I had no hesitation in using them again for a project in our bedroom.
I wanted to put wall lights above the bed with two way switching without having to chase too much of the wall for the wiring.
I fastened 18mm battens at 30cm distancing the using the kit constructed a fancy backdrop with very pleasing results.
The delivery was within three days of ordering and they supplied all of the required materials.

Great company to deal with. Purchased the 4mm panelling board as it suited my purpose with skirting and dado already in place. I chose to collect. Items were ready on my arrival. As it was my first purchase I received a discount code and also saved money by buying packs of boards.

I ordered some bespoke wainscott panelling and not only was the ordering process very easy, the panelling arrived very quickly. We have now installed our panelling and the carpenter remarked what good quality the product was and how simple the fixings were to use.
It looks fab and I would definitely reccommend the company to other people.

Excellent service all round. MDF was delivered on time with updates provided. Jamie, the delivery driver was excellent - even helped to carry and the MDF was well protected in transit with zero damage to edges.
