I recently ordered some panels from DIY wall paneling for some tongue and groove, and I can confidently say it was an excellent experience from start to finish. Sadly the positive reviews of the company do not reflect my experience at all.

Ordered over Christmas hoping to get some decorating finished in the new year; the advertised “within one week delivery” on items listed on the website was a big appeal as the installation of the panels is holding up other work. Three weeks, multiple unanswered phone calls and unanswered emails later I’ve received nothing.

First time I’ve ever had to initiate a charge back through bank - they don’t reply to emails to get a refund directly - AVOID!

Perfect condition and well packed.
I was a bit stressed about delivery because it was in the Christmas rush but the customer service responded immediately and reassured me. They arrived on time and I was impressed how well they were packaged so there was no damage. Would use again.

Excellent quality panelling. Great communication. Slight delay in delivery but the communication was spot on and the issue resolved straight away. I would have no hesitation in using again.

Ordered and paid for wall panelling on the 14th November, have not heard a peep from this company since. Have emailed on the 21st and 25th asking for an update both remain unanswered as have calls. Not impressed and won't be using again. Thankfully can reverse charge.

Panelling as expected. Capping a bit disappointing and unimaginative. Should take account of the period nature of the product.

Next day or at least 2 days is reasonable.

This (tongue and groove panelling) is a great product, very easy to install, and it looks great in our new bathroom. What's more, it was delivered by hand as the factory is not far from our house, and we needed it delivered before a certain date.

Great product only reason not a 5 was that it took longer to deliver than the suggested time.

The panels are good quality, precision cut to the millimetre, evenly primed and well packed. They even added a couple of lengths of cap rail to the delivery as a bonus. What I particularly like is that I know the panels will fit and there’s no waste.

The actual panels were what we expected, but the MDF to go across the top was not to our liking. It was not a problem we just used a nice chunky piece of wood we had. Delivery took just over a week which was ok. We were pleased with the final results once painted . Pleased we went for primed to save time.
