Ok, so delivery took a wee bit longer than I’d hoped, however we weren’t in a huge rush. When I did call customer service they were friendly and courteous. My panelling arrived on Saturday and it was extremely well packaged and the product is good quality.

The product seems good

Lovely panels. Although you may need to call them to confirm delivery.

The product itself was excellent, very easy to cut and apply so in terms of the product itself I have nothing but good things to say hence 3 stars.

As for customer service, once you place an order and receive confirmation that’s it until you either get the product delivered I assume or (in my case) your delivery date has passed without any contact or delivery.
There’s no update on your order, despatch or any contact to say that the company are aware the specified dates have been and gone but they are aware and working on it. This is something you as the customer have to chase.
Given the delivery timeline is around 28 working days after purchase I would expect an update either within that window or around the scheduled delivery time. This is something most companies manage as standard and as a customer is expected.

Good service. Very useful product.

Yet again no panels,
My partner ordered the last panel needed for our project on June 15th
(This is our third time ordering now as we started the project with these panels and can’t get the same anywhere else)
Still nothing, no response and no word 6 weeks later.

Ordered over 10 days ago, no communication about delivery and I have even emailed them asking for an update. I’ve now seen the reviews on here which are mostly 1* and realising it’s unlikely I am going to receive my order as it’s a scam!!!! Literally holding up my whole bathroom getting fitted.

I placed an order 3 weeks ago, I have had no contact from the company since placing an order. I have emailed twice and attempted calling, no one has bothered to get back in touch with me.

Whilst I had originally written a review of annoyance I have since spoken to the company and can honestly say they were lovely. They have looked into my order which had been dispatched their end and got lost. They are sending another which I am excited to receive.
I think what is so important to remember is that they are a small family business and keeping up with the amount of emails is always going to be difficult. However, picking up the phone and calling gets you so far!
Thank you to them for their effort!

Placed an order back in May, at that point their communication and customer service was superb with the order.
Needed to order 3 more panels and there are no words for how helpful the team have been with processing this and expediting the delivery on this. I want to say a massive thank you for your help and will send pictures as soon as it is all installed.

Ordered June 17th, haven't recieved the order nor have they answered my emails, calls or Instagram messages.

The product is exceptionally good quality, easy to fit and easy to cut to size.
I received outstanding customer service! I needed my order (16 x t&g panels @ 1000 x 600mm) asap so I put a note on my order.
I phoned the company the next day to check my request had been seen. The lady in customer services was excellent. Answered promptly, promised to get them delivered quickly and informed me I would get a message from the courier the day before delivery.
They arrived 3 days later.
Superb service, excellent quality panels. I highly recommend this company & I will definitely use them again.

I’m very disappointed! Tried calling 3 times no answer, sent 2 emails, no response, sent an online message, no reply!
I have been waiting since the 27th May for my order which they have a 2 week lead time for, appreciate people are busy but this level of customer service is just not acceptable!

If the company happen to see this review and would like to actually provide some customer service it would be appreciated, but also too little too late!

Really straightforward online ordering. Only downside is that after the initial confirmation email, correspondence is quite sparse! However I called the number on the website and it was answered right away (twice) - and the lady was super helpful. My panels were delivered within a week of ordering, after I asked if faster delivery was possible. Again, there was no dispatch email from the company, which made me a little nervous(!), but true to their word - delivery company contacted me and my boards were delivered on time and in very good condition. (Tongue and groove boards primed) Thought I’d share as I was a little apprehensive post order when I stumbled upon some reviews here - but after a phone call - all was good and super helpful. I advise that over emailing them, if do need to follow up post online order.

Had a great experience with this company, yes the lead time is a little long perhaps but patience is key as when my panels arrived they were top quality, extremely well packaged and delivery was very efficient. When I did need to contact customer service via email, each time Natalia got back to me same day which was much appreciated. As I said, if you want a great product at a great price, don't hesitate to use these guys, just order a couple of weeks in advance and you'll receive a great product.

As honest as I can be. I made the order with no issues however I missed where it said a 2 week lead time so thats my issue but after 3 emails asking for updates and no responses, 2 phone calls not answered I was starting to get annoyed. I did however get a phone call back the same day with an explanation. I was then told my order was coming the day after or the following day interestingly. In terms of the product, I've no issue with the product, it seems good quality and well engineered however the general customer service lacks. The website looks very professional which needs backing up with a better customer service. I was told to ring a certain number and not to email as they weren't likely picked up but in my experience, an email is far easier to respond to for busy people.

Update: just got email to say will be arriving tomorrow. Thank you both times it has happened to Natalia for getting it rectified so quickly. Hopefully all will arrive ok. Such a shame about the poor communication, and that it takes a bad review to get it sorted 😕

Second experience with them now,
I ordered a pair of panels which took four weeks to come, and only after sending multiple emails (which were not responded to) and leaving a review on here did I get a response. An apologetic email was sent and the panels arrived the very next day after posting the review.
The panels themselves are great- and as I ordered the first two as a tester I begrudgingly knew I needed to get more to finish off the project but was worried the same thing would happen again.
Unfortunately I’ve had exactly the same experience, I ordered on the 3rd of May so we are again coming up on four weeks when the website estimates two. I’ve emailed customer services twice with no reply.
Customer service is very poor, and it is such a shame because the panels themselves are perfect for what I need.

It took me 2 attempts at making an enquiry via this company's online system and then a separate email before a member of staff contacted me concerning my request for bespoke wall panelling which had included detailed measurements and preferences of style of panelling. A member of staff by the name of Tom emailed me back saying 'absolutely we can help you'. I replied to Tom asking whether his company delivers to my location and got no reply. I emailed again asking this question and noticed in the one emailed sent to me that the measurements quoted were incorrect and I pointed this out. I received no response - in fact 3 weeks have now elapsed and I have heard nothing! These are complete timewasters and are not capable of dealing with bespoke orders or anything outside of their standard online options. Avoid...

Unreliable and Unprofessional – Avoid at All Costs

This is the second bad experience I’ve had with DIY Paneling. The first time, my order took over a month to arrive with no email confirmation or updates. I had to chase them by phone, and after being told it would arrive in two days, it still took over a week.

Unfortunately, I made the mistake of ordering again to top up what we needed for a project. This time, the panels never arrived. It’s been over a month, I’ve chased them five times – no replies, no updates, absolutely no customer service.

This delay has now stopped work on-site because we can't finish installing the bathroom. Totally unacceptable. They’re quick to take your money and vanish after that. AVOID.
