Great product which was easy to use.
The only reason it is not 5 stars is the length of time it took to arrive but I would definitely purchase from this business again.

Excellent product and brilliant customer care and support

Poor packaging resulted in two orders being damaged .The delivery process is laughably slow -weeks ! -not days and absolutely no next day delivery .

Courier failed to delivery package and DIY Wall Panelling sorted everything out very efficiently, sending a replacement next day. Excellent communication with this company who went above and beyond to help.

Sadly the panel was badly damaged in the post . The company organised a no quibble refund .

Easy to cut and fit. Small amount of sanding required on pre primed panelling. Looks fabulous.

The product was fantastic. Arrived in time scheduled and packaged really well. Went up and absolute breeze. Was the first time I'd put any sort of panels up so had watched a few YouTube videos first but was really pleased with how well it went together.
Had to order more as I changed last minute how I was going to do it and needed to change the order due to an error I'd made. They were so helpful and lovely to deal with. Definitely recommend then

Great panelling and at a good price. I didnt realise when I ordered that it states 2 weeks for dispatch but left it abit borderline it it would arrive in time. But once I got hold of the lady in the she was super helpful and made sure the order arrived before the date I needed it.

Personally feel DIY Wall Panelling are receiving some unfair criticism in some of the recent reviews. It clearly states there is a lead time on the website, so a delay in shipping and receiving goods is to be expected. I rang a couple of times and spoke to a lovely woman who was extremely helpful and gave me an update on my order and it's expected arrival date. Unfortunately the delivery company messed up and didn't deliver so I called again and delivery was arranged for the following day. Products received within 2 weeks of ordering and are perfect. Will absolutely use again - people nowadays have got too used to fast services like Amazon and expect their product the next day, this is an independent family business and should be supported.

Great panels and very friendly approachable company with their products in demand. Communication was challenging at times but we found Angie was very good at sorting out our panel request and got us sorted. Would recommend this company,

Ordered some wall panelling online, very straight forward process. A couple of days later, I had to chase up the order, and the lady I spoke to on the phone was absolutely lovely and incredibly helpful. She made sure the order was despatched quickly, and it arrived within a couple of days as promised.
We realised we had under ordered and needed one more sheet. I placed the second order, and once again, the same excellent service, helpful, friendly, and efficient.
The product is great, and the customer service really stands out. I would definitely use this company again. Highly recommend!
