Great price and quick delivery

Great company quality items

Speedy delivery of the light fitting at a good price. Packaging was good, and the website was easy to navigate. I was happy with everything about the order, thank you.

Very impressed;

Have purchased previously and found the items both good quality and well priced hence repeat buy.

The level of service in solving my purchase replacement was excellent...no quibble policy was very much appreciated

Purchased 2 lights, received them in good time but unfortunately they did not suit the room we wanted them for. No problem returning them, although at our cost but that was fine as it was our decision to return them. The 3 stars is for the sheer fact that it took 13 days to get my refund, this means that they had nearly £200 of my money sitting in their account, I dare say with others awaiting refunds, a nice way to earn some interest. Other companies are normally no more than 2-3 days for returns. For this fact alone I will not be using this company again.

Bought two bedside lamps
Really lovely and extremely good value

Great value and quick delivery with excellent CS

Bought hare lamp which looks great. Delivery exactly as stated and very well packaged with regular updates on delivery status. Highly recommended and would buy from this company again.

Great choice of lampshades at amazing prices. It may make you try a more daring colour than you otherwise would (orange in my case!). I inadvertently ordered two lampshades that weren't deep enough. I was really impressed to be able to communicate by email about a return and receive a personal reply almost immediately. I am delighted with the two I then ordered and which arrived incredibly quickly. Thank you.

Light well packaged and looks lovely. Good price too. Similar to a much more expensive light.

Prompt delivery, pleased with the quality of this vintage looking down light.

Very pleased with purchase, exactly as described. Arrived very quickly and well packed. Happy customer!

Excellent light units & delivery. Unit very easy to install & wire, with desired finish affect. Highly recommended.

First class customer service, decent product, great price.

Would definitely use these guys again!

Fantastic to deal with, I ordered 18 wifi enabled downlights that were miles cheaper than anywhere else. Excellent quality and great customer service when I called to get some things clarified. Will use again

Order four Philips outside lights, they are good quality and are as described. There was good communication from them and they were delivered quickly. Will definitely use again.

My lampshade came on time and was very well packed

£33 cheaper than eBay and speedy delivery. Packed carefully with each hanging pendant individually wrapped and lots of bubble wrap around the whole light shade. I purchased two for £33.98 instead of £50 each on eBay. Great quality for the price and I'm pleasently surprised. Have already recommended to anyone who will listen lol

Obtained some discontinued low wattage led candles at a competitive price.Website sales (Charlie) was very helpful and accommodating. Decent service and delivery. Would use this professional outlet again with confidence.
