I finally found a lampshade that fits a table lamp bought in a charity shop. Lovely! and very well priced. It took a little while to arrive, but the service overall has been excellent. Thank you!

Please Please don't use this company,i ordered two lamp base in soft light grey what arrived was two light green bases. I contacted the company and was told to send photos which I did. Two hours later i was contacted by a very rude lady who told me that they were grey and if i did not want them i could send them back at my cost .there is no way that this colour is grey.if they are selling them as grey they are wrong,and the picture on their website is also wrong.i feel that the company and the rude lady I spoke to are treating their customers badly. I will not use this company again and i warn others not to. I am not returning them because I have changed my mind but they were wrongly supplied and i don't think they should make me pay the return postage.

I bought a Unilite brand flashlight that, for some unknown reason, wouldn't turn on. I was worried because it was my first time buying from Home Lights Direct, so I contacted customer service. They called me back in less than 24 hours and sent me a replacement within 48 hours. I didn't pay for return shipping. The experience was positive; they are trustworthy.

Purchased 2 beautiful moroccan style lights from here. They arrived really quickly and were well packaged. The price was far cheaper than the same lights for sale on other websites. I would purchase again.

My lamp arrived broken unfortunately. Emailed customer services straightaway with a photo. Got an email by return saying they had dispatched another one to me. It arrived today in perfect condition.
Excellent service all round.

My order for an under cabinet light unit arrived within days of my placing the order on line. The unit was so well packaged there wasn’t any chance of it being damaged in transit.

A specific lampshade was required and it was much cheaper here than elsewhere, no hassle at all, very straightforward to order and I received the lamp in mint condition a few days later , highly recommended efficient store thank you 🙏

I ordered a light fitting online. The price plus postage was competitive.
On opening the package I found that there was a manufacturing fault with a component of the light. That evening I sent an email to their customer service address with photos of the problem. I received a reply first thing the next morning saying that they would send a replacement. They must have dispatched the new light straightaway because it arrived very quickly. Can’t fault the service.
The new light fitting was fine.

Purchased two lamps, quality rubbish, plastic. On the picture they look so nice and effective, I have to say they were dearer at another store, I certainly wouldn't be happy if I paid £40 each.

Purchased 2 lamps before Xmas one shade damaged, Contacted company twice no reply. Reply apparently went into junk mail, so soon replied after sending an email. Problem solved.

Initially our lights were delivered with the incorrect fittings, however once we contacted Homelights direct they were as speedy as could be with getting rectified, the fittings had to be ordered from overseas however they continued to give me updates at what was happening all of the time. I'd commend them for their customer service certainly. the speed of delivery was good and the packaging used to protect the lamps extremely good and robust.
The lamps are really good and attractive, very happy with these and the price was the best I could find, we purchased two of the ceiling pendents and three of the wall lights. They really fit in with our living room decor and transformed the look with the nice colouring of the shades.
