An excellent customer service, from start to finish, something often lacking in this day and age. When I rang the calls were answered straight away and the people I spoke to were lovely and very professional. My purchase was a gift for my daughter and she loves it.

I purchased a larder cupboard from picture perfect home
I had seen the same cupboard elsewhere, they offered it at the best price. The cupboard is excellent quality and exactly what I wanted.
Delivery was when they said it would be to the hour and they were really helpful in getting it to me on a day and time that suited.
Would definitely shop with them again a lovely company!

The console table we purchased is wonderful, very good value for money. Unfortunately the first table delivered was damaged in transit but Picture Perfect Home quickly arranged delivery of a replacement which was perfect. I will definitely use this company again.

We purchased a clock, paying £98. Unfortunately when it arrived it was damaged and poor quality. Upon reporting this damage, it was suggested we take the clock apart ourselves to fix it. We initially were happy to try this, but a serious family illness changed our priorities somewhat. We therefore decided to request an exchange, only to be informed that all of these clocks are of this same quality and what we had been sent was the best one they had. We appreciated the honestly regarding the clock being poor quality, agreeing with them that they're very much 'Temu' standard and asking what price they would be selling them off at; since they clearly weren't worth the almost £100 price tag. We were told the price wouldn't change. We like the quirkyness of the clock, so decided to take our chances and get it exchanged anyway. We were then told that there wasn't any point exchanging as they're all this quality and wouldn't suit us. We were then told that secure packaging would be sent so we could return it to them, to be resold! The original packaging was damaged when the delivery agent saw fit to leave it on the doorstep in torrential rain for 3 hours. Returning this clock, knowing it will become someone elses problem when sold on, just does not sit right with us. We don't think someone else should be sold a returned poor quality damaged item, which the seller has admitted is poor quality and is an item that receives constant complaints. We have to return it for our £98 refund, but do not want someone else to buy it and have the same issue. Financially we want our money back. Morally I'd rather bin it then be a part of another Customer having the same hassle. It also makes us wonder if a refund will come, given the ethics of the seller, or if we will face allegations of not packaging it correctly, or similar. Really torn as to what to do here. Noone can afford to loose £98, but st the same time you can't put a price on basic standards of decency.

I was wary ordering as I had never heard of this Company. I am so glad I found them. Ordered a Hall Table with glass top. Good quality. Fast delivery. Very very well packaged. It's stunning. Very easy to put together. ( at least for my husband!). Large sections fit together. Great price. I will be ordering again soon.

I had bought a dining table and 4 chairs from another shop and wanted another 2 identical chairs. Picture perfect home had 2 matching chairs. They were incredibly helpful making sure the chairs were the same. The price was very good and delivery extremely quick. I am so impressed with the helpfullness of staff, quality of product, pricing and speed of delivery.

I spoke to someone to get a size on the 2nd table that was in the nest of 2 that I purchased and they helped me instantly.

Amazing company, I have ordered 3 times. Last time one of my bedside units has a slight crack at the back (no fault of the company ) so I emailed them, was told 2 weeks for a replacement which is understandable ! A week later got phoned off delivery company they were bringing it next morning and the guys were lovely even took it upstairs I will 100% be ordering again

What a great find,impressive array of quality and value for money goods for the home. Found this fabulous wall clock which looks amazing in my kitchen/diner. Clear numerals & hands plus the added quirk of moving cogs. Impressive. Price was the best value for money across a number of other similar products on the Internet or in store. Simple to order, emailed with confirmation and delivery details. Very well packed ensuring product protection. Good experience of shopping with a new found treasure trove of home ideas.

Daughter purchased Boho Rustic Solid White Washed Mango Wood Carved 4 Drawer Chest Of Drawers.
All info on this states that it is solid mango wood.
IT IS NOT. The bottons of the drawers are not solid mango wood & are made of a very soft flimsy cardboard like material.
Would not use this company again not knowing what you are actually getting by the wording of their description till your item actually arrives & youvreal7se you have been misled & missold.

I ordered a product that was damaged on receipt. It took a few emails as this is a small team so I understand why, but they arranged collection and refund without hassle and I appreciated the team’s support.
