Fabulous bronze and black cabinet. Same piece more expensive on other sites. Delivery communication not to be faulted and delivery team equally excellent. Picture Perfect Home were professional, effective and efficient. Big ‘thumbs up’ from me!

Gold and glass shelves arrived damaged but the company arranged an exchange straight away which arrived 48 hours later. Could not fault it. I went on to order a footstool which was perfect. Recommended.

Ordered sideboard it came well packaged and it’s beautiful but where it was going didn’t look right . Happy to pay to return but prices ridiculous £140 I would rather sell it .
They make it so u don’t return item won’t use again . Don’t buy from them stay clear use a shop that you know won’t rip u off .

3 Black velvet bat stools with gold stands ordered April 2025. Each bar stool was imperfect ( handle base and stand all scratched. When requested replacements they stated they could not guarantee that any replacement would be any better and then stated that when situated nobody would see the defects. They did not state these items had any imperfections on the web site so should not of had any. I requested return for refund but they would only accept the return if all packaging was in plac3 exactly how they were when delivered.. this was impossible to do.
Beware of this web site as they are poor quality items

Just received my gorgeous carved bedside table. Would definately shop here again. Delivered within 7 days as advised. Great value for money and the bonus being it was fully assembled

I bought the Blanca White Wooden Mirror Top 3 Door Sideboard but only a month down the line the paint is cracking and peeling away at the top, have emailed but still awaiting an answer, the unit did have a couple of minor defects when it cam and i kind of accepted that but didn't think the paint would start peeling away....
bought on the 12/02/2025 and delivered on the 28/02/2025

We bought a kitchen island from picture perfect. Not even a week after we opened the box and started living with the product my husband caught his jumper on a corner and it’s pulled away. We are also unable to get the rail to hang on the side as the bolts are too long.
There has been a lot of back and forth - but ultimately the company have said it’s an unfortunate accident and offered to send wood glue? And that the bolts are correct. The customer service has and is awful and I am hugely unhappy with how we have been dealt with. A wood corner shouldn’t be catching and pulling apart so easily (this just means it’s not finished correctly and not fit for purpose) - and the bolt issue is still not resolved. We are living with a taped up & faulty island. When you spend a good chunk of money on something, you expect better. Looking at other reviews, posts like this seems to be dealt similarly… it’s not their problem, apparently.

Excellent service, prompt delivery.Foot stool is excellent quality and looks like it should be more expensive than it was.I,v seen a lot of negative reviews but some people just like to moan! I can only leave an excellent review because service was above and beyond.Well done to you and your dedicated company.Anyone that goes by 1 or 2 negative reviews will truly miss out! This item was £90 on Ebay but £79.99 on this site.

This is one of most online purchases best ever experience I have ever made. This company gave me excellent customer service help with any questions queries or I put to them about any i had on an item I bought they delivered it with tracking and it came in perfect condition.which I was thrilled with. I couldn’t ask for a more perfect table.

Very happy with the console table which was excellent value and delivered within a week. Only small gripe was the delivery company only informed me at 08.15 of the delivery time between 10.00-12.00 that day and as I had already left the house there was no one there to take delivery. Luckily it was still in my front garden when I came home!

Delivered within a week, packaged remarkably well sideboard in perfect condition.
