Have not received my order before xmas…
Have not received my order before xmas even though I got a notification that it is on the way 6 days ahead, but without any Option to track the shipment. So no clue how it can take 6 days.

Imponerende kundeservice og gode produkter
Jeg er virkelig imponeret over kundeservicen hos designletters. Jeg har bestilt en børnekop med tilhørende hank og låg. Jeg har så selv bestilt hank og låg i 2 forskellige blå farver 🫣 Jeg retter henvendelse til kundeservice, som svarer med det samme og spørger indtil hvilken af de blå farver jeg bedst kan lide - hvorefter de eftersender et nyt låg i den rigtige farve uden beregning, som jeg har modtaget i dag. Amalie som jeg har kommunikeret med har været så enormt sød og hjælpsom og jeg handler helt sikkert direkte herfra igen.

The Bird charm is a a miss…
The Bird charm is a a miss design/construction the charm is not staying in place and therefore not what I’ve expected, but what’s more disappointing ist that returns are so expensive and have to be paid by the customer. I’d rather would choose not to get a water bottle for free that I don’t need.
Quality is okay but a bit overpriced. Yet the design is nice.

Egentligt fint produkt, men…
Egentligt fint produkt, men simpelthen så skuffet over at smykket ikke bliver leveret i lille æske, men i en plastikpose.
Købte smykket magen til hos Boozt - nåde billigere og fremsendt i fin æske, så det kan bruges som gave.
Handler aldrig design letters direkte hos design letters - absolut ingen fordel. Tværtimod.

The products are super cute.
Unfortunately one item was delivered broken. The customer service was quick to react though and dispatched a replacement, which came in perfect condition today :)
