The communication was fast, straightforward, and very friendly. I’m absolutely satisfied and would definitely give five stars for the customer service.

Ich leider schon massig Thermo-Becher in der letzten Jahren getestet. Mit mäßigem Erfolg. Der Becher von Designletters hat mich nicht nur optisch sondern vor allem funktionell überzeugt.
Ich bin begeistert 🤩.
Tee bleibt lange warm, nichts läuft aus und sieht soooo mega gut aus.

Bei der Reinigung des Deckel ist mir die kleine Gummidichtung in den Abfluss gefallen…weg…Mist😵‍💫.
Kurze Anfrage beim Support und umgehende Hilfe durch Versendung eines neuen Gummi.

I had a very mixed experience with Design Letters.

The store in Copenhagen was great — the staff were friendly and helped solve my issue quickly and without any problems.

However, the online customer support was frustrating and honestly not helpful. I had contacted them before my order was shipped to make a change, but this was not properly handled, which led to unnecessary complications.

There were several misunderstandings and unclear answers, and at times the responses just made things more confusing instead of helping.

I honestly think the situation would have been easier to solve without involving support at all.

In the end, the issue was only resolved by going directly to the store.

So: great experience in the store, but the customer support really needs improvement.

In case of a complaint, you have to send the package back to Denmark. If I had known that beforehand, I would never have ordered. As for the products themselves — when unpacking, the large “Made in China” label immediately caught my eye… the items were packaged carelessly. The jewelry looks nice but feels cheap and is definitely not worth the price. I will never order from there again.

Jeg købt to kopper med bogstaver på… det ene kop var revnet ved levering, jeg har skrevet til jer for 4 dage siden, men har intet hørt fra jer? Så er da ret skuffet

Købte et armbånd til min kæreste i julegave efter tre måneder går armbåndet i stykker under almindelig brug uden at det havde været udsat for belastning eller hang fast i noget og så skriver jeg til dem fordi jeg synes det er lidt for dårligt så får jeg at vide at de ikke vil give hende et nyt og og det eneste de kunne gøre var at give mig 25 % og gratis fragt og synes simpelthen det er for dårligt at armbånd til 600 kr.

DesignLetters has beautiful pieces, they are high quality and their customer service is fast and very friendly. A lost part (a rubber seal) was replaced free of charge.

First of all - great great products. I have ordered from the shop several times already and I have never been disappointed. I have a lot of cups, glasses, pots etc etc - everything has a great quality, color's, size. I would not hesitate to buy anything from the shop. What I wanted to highlight as well is that I have moved recently to quite remote island where is quite difficult to receive any delivery - due to distance, customs etc etc however the team went above standard customer service to support my order. I think most of the shops would just cancel it after several issues but not them. They worked with curriers, customs and made it happen, I received my package and I love it! Julia and Joshua you are stars and I will continue shopping in this store in the future

Looks exactly like in the ad. The quality is worth the price, the surprise for my wife was a success.
Delivery took some days but well prepared package. And thx a lot for the free and awesome coffee cup. I love it!

First the delivery took a quite long time. Second the board isn't mounted well. Four plates to have an A3 format don't fit in line. For the hiqh price of the board I expect a good quality. For me it is a design product that has to look like design. And last the return cost to Denmark have to be beard by the customer. This is disappointing.
