I lost a silicone piece of my mug, and I was very sad about it. After getting in touch and receiving such kind, helpful, and quick feedback from Julia, I was so positively surprised - it was absolutely no problem for her to send this replacement part, and even for free. Wow!

Die Namenstassen für Babys sind ganz toll. Unser Baby liebt die Tasse. Nachdem unsere Tasse leider einen Defekt hatte, wurde uns ganz schnell und problemlos via Email geholfen. Nice Product - long Time for Delivery
We have some cups at home already and just saw the Thermo Bottle in your Flagship Store at our Visit in CPH. We ordered one after the Visit, and (upps) 7 days later the Bottle was delivered. A little bit to long, also for a Delivery from DK. But anyway, nice Products! Hope it will be an acommponist for a long Time.

This order has been a nightmare
This order has been a nightmare for several reasons:
1) The parcel never arrived.
2) It’s been impossible to communicate with the delivery guy.
3)The tracking number provided was useless.
4) no help from the customer care that kept postponing the problem for days without any help
I finally managed to retrieve my parcel JUST BECAUSE I had to drive 30 min to go to GLS warehouse. Icing on the cake: they did it just exceptionally! They were about to send it back!
Never again.

One of the items I ordered turned out to be out of stock. As “a special service” I was offered to get it in a different color for the usual price. It didn’t seem as a special service at all. Furthermore the rest of my order wasn’t shipped until I reminded the company.
