We are sorry to hear about this incident. Indeed, one item from your order was unfortunately out of stock. The other part has been canceled, as requested. We attach great importance to informing our customers immediately when an item is unavailable.
However, we would like to explain that the order was only received after 5:00 PM on April 16th. There were public holidays in Denmark from April 17th to April 21st, which is why both our warehouse and customer service were closed during this time. We immediately forwarded the information to you on the Tuesday following the holidays.
We are very sorry that we were unable to process your order to your satisfaction. An earlier notification of the out-of-stock sale was unfortunately not possible under the circumstances.

Fantastisk kundeservice! Jeg har 2 gange oplevet hvor skøn kundeservicen er. Havde fået et par øreringe, hvor der måske var noget galt med limen fra den produktion, så de tabte perlerne, men både da det skete for den ene og så senere den anden har de sendt mig en ny med det samme uden noget som helst besvær. Og det er bare skønt, når det er nogle af de smukkeste øreringe jeg har og så er de endda super behagelige ifht størrelsen på låsen. Tusind tak til Benedicte❤️

Hi all,
I'm not satisfied with the delivery GLS. The tracking number has not been updated daily. I wrote to the customer service, they provided me a link with the details of the delivery date and time. I was waiting at home but the parcel has not been delivered. The website GLS has not been updated yet.

I would expect that this is a Customer Service, but it’s not free and (!) easy. And nobody can tell you how much it cost and how is the most easy Way to send something back.
Why is it not possible to change something you may wrong ordered, in a shop?
Not really inviting to order something there again.

Die Ware ist bis auf den Anhänger sehr…
Die Ware ist bis auf den Anhänger sehr Gut und schön ausgefallen. Ich habe versucht eine meiner acht Ketten für den Anhänger zu benutzen was leider nicht möglich ist weil die Öse so schmal ist das keine von meinen passt! Wenn nur die Ketten aus ihrerKollektion passen wäre es schön wenn man es dazu schreiben würde 😊 trotz alledem sehr schöne Ware und ich werde auch weiter bei euch Shoppen 🛒☺️

Wunderschöne Kette, aber primitiv verpackt
Gerade kam die Kette mit Anhängern an. Sie sind wie erwartet schlicht und wunderschön. Schade nur, dass sie in einem Briefumschlag kam ohne Geschenkverpackung und ohne die angekündigte Tasche.
So schöne Dinge sollten geschmackvoller versendet werden.

Manglende svar på reklamation, men hurtig levering
UPDATE: Jeg modtog dagen efter denne anmeldelse en mail fra dem med en voucher; rabat på næste køb. Desuden blev det rigtige bogstav leveret til døren dagen efter, og jeg kunne beholde det forkerte bogstav. Jeg er meget tilfreds.
Jeg har bestilt nogle sorte træ bogstaver. Jeg modtog hurtigt de bestilte varer. Men jeg har fået et bogstav for meget af en slags og til gengæld et bogstav for lidt af en anden slags. Jeg har forsøgt at kontakte dem på både mail og telefon for at få rettet fejlen, men de svarer desværre ikke på nogen af delene.

A letter was out of stock so I received an email saying that I will be refunded. The problem is that without this letter, the word doesn't mean anything now! I asked for entire refund and received it after a few days. Thanks for your professionalism.
