75-inch TV delivered to my home
Had a 75-inch TV delivered to my home. The delivery team was on time and the TV worked. The team took the TV out of the box and plugged it in to verify it worked OK. My only complaint is that the team would not help me lift the TV up to the already install wall mount since my wife has carpal tunnel and it is difficult for her to lift heavy objects.

Why do they continually move products around the store??
Certain aisles I always avoid because they contain items I'm not interested in - if they subsequently put other items in that aisle I will never see or purchase them.
Last time I pushed my trolley to the far corner of the store where the heavy sacks of dog food usually are but nothing there. After pushing the trolley up and down many aisles on the way back to the tills I found somebody to ask (eventually), and they told me dog food was now in the other furthest corner of the store. No way was I walking back there to get it. Next time I'm sure they will again be in a different place again.
The next visit I abandoned a trolley half full because I could not find items I was looking for (they were not in their usual place) and couldn't find anybody to ask.
I feel that every visit to Costco leaves me angry and frustrated for that reason......
What on earth is going on with Costco
What on earth is going on with Costco? I bought a double mattress and paid for the old mattress disposal. The old mattress was one of those zipped together small ones, as the zip was broken they refused to take both parts as the delivery guys who couldn’t really speak English couldn’t explain. I rang Costco and they informed me that it was Silent Nights policy even though my contract is with Costco and not Silent night.
I tried to explain that why would I buy disposal of a double mattress only to have a small single removed?
I will be escalating this even if I have to go to the TV am team.
Don't buy online service is shocking
Order meant to be delivered in 2 working days no sign of it after a week so spoke to them on chat they assured me it would be coming Monday, they just lied as there was no tracking info update. Rang Monday when still no tracking update info they couldn't see what was happening either so put me on hold to talk to the warehouse, 30 mins later and no wiser to where my order was. Finally came back on to tell me it was lost and they couldn't resend as they had to refund and I would have to reorder. Absolutely ridiculous good job it wasn't on offer as i would of missed that by now. How can the shops offer such good service but the online is absolutely hopeless. You even get the impression from the call center staff that they can't be bothered. Come on costco get you act together online.
Terrible experience
Terrible experience. Sold us a fridge that broke. Refuse to exchange it. Only option is to get a refund so I can buy a more expensive option. I’ve had nothing but good experience from Costco warehouse, but won’t be buying anything from Costco online again and will be dropping my membership to not support their online store
A Rubbish Online Service

Despite two phone calls, no nearer resolving.
I really do t care about whether it’s their fault or the courier, for a £20 item they should be just sending a replacement and sorting out the courier in their own time.

I chose Costco for a PS5
I chose Costco for a PS5, which was on sale for £378, foolishly expecting good service. Instead, your delivery driver dropped the console from shoulder height onto the pavement and fled before I could refuse the obviously damaged delivery.
When I called customer service, I specifically offered to buy another console at the sale price while I waited for the return, just to make sure I didn't miss out on the deal and would receive it in time for my sons birthday. Your team told me this wasn't necessary, assuring me a replacement would be sent the moment the broken one was collected.
Naturally, that was a rubbish. As soon as the damaged console was picked up, I was issued a refund because you were suddenly "out of stock." By a stunning coincidence, the price had jumped to £479 everywhere, including your own warehouses. Following your explicit advice has left me scrambling to find a present for my son's birthday and cost me an extra £100.
Your compensation for this masterclass in incompetence? An insulting £30 voucher. You can keep it. I certainly won't be needing it, as I have no intention of ever giving you my business again. I do wish I had looked at the reviews on here prior to my order. Live and learn I suppose but here is my addition to the list of poor reviews.
Costco and the warranty department have lied…
Never purchase an appliance bundle here. Costco and their warranty company has lied about our dishwasher and the repair process and status for over a month now. We have recorded calls proving that they are lying. We also have screenshots of our claim which the warranty company has since deleted and made no longer accessible on the portal. They’ve promised to repair, but not sent the parts. When they did send the parts they were the wrong ones, and we told them that they were sending the wrong part but they didn’t listen and told us to “trust the process”. Now the dishwasher went from being repairable to completely destroyed due to their incompetence. @costco do the right thing and replace the dish washer. Your vendor isn’t our problem. We’re happy to send you the recorded calls. And by the way from the customer perspective, Costco and Costco online are the same. So figure it out.
We ordered 35 lbs of grain-free dry dog…
We ordered 35 lbs of grain-free dry dog food, but Costco, via UPS, delivered the order someplace other than to us.
My wife spent several days, speaking with customer service, and finally they agreed to begin the process to issue a refund.
But in the interim, the product was delivered. We no longer want it, not only because Costco has been almost impossible to deal with, but after several days in the Georgia heat, we no longer will feed that food to our dog.

Perhaps in few days UPS will pick-up the package -- still sitting in outdoor heat -- and issue a refund.
But we will NEVER again order anything via Costco online. We recently renewed our Executive Gold membership, & will likely still buy food from their warehouses.
Never received and can't get refund
The item was never received. Can't get refund as company provided proof of delivery to bank. This is a large electrical item, that was definately not delivered to my home. Emails to company go unanswered. Courier is in China and also does not answer emails.
Paid £70 and have nothing to show for it.
Never buy a washing machine online from Costco
Washer dryer was delivered and supposed to be installed. 2 utterly useless men could not do installation. They said to phone Costco and they would send a plumber. This was a complete and utter lie. Costco customer service absolutely hopeless too and we now have to go and buy another hose. NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM COSTCO ONLINE THAT NEEDS TO BE INSTALLED.

Couldn't give it zero unfortunately! Received email telling me that my auto renew payment couldn't be collected and maybe my charging card was wrong/out of date etc. (which it wasn't) but I could update or pay manually - totally defeats the object of setting up auto renew! So after phoning and being rung back it appeared they couldn't help me but would transfer me where I could be - this was wrong and a waste of time as where I was transferred to didn't deal with my type of enquiry. So after being sent 3 times on the never ending roundabout of keypad entering I resorted to live chat (well 'live' after firstly wasting more time with Zowie the robot) I eventually chatted with a real person who several times repeated the mantra amounting to that's too bad do it manually or in store - not acceptable and after further strong insisting that I and them should want to know what went wrong I was promised an email answer within 48 hours so now have to wait and see what evolves from that! A Trust Pilot rating of 1.3 is a disgrace and should be embarrassing enough for Costco wanting to rectify this state of affairs but the only conclusion is they don't really care enough which is a great shame considering they have so many other trading aspects that are a real credit to them and an example for others to try and follow! Household goods ordered online on 6 May 2025 were delivered to the wrong address. Despite three follow-ups, I received no updates or status on my order. On the fourth attempt (on 27May25)—out of sheer frustration—I requested a refund. Let’s see how long that takes. Unfortunately, the customer service helpline was unhelpful and offered no support. A very disappointing experience overall.

Complete scam. After several emails I was given a tracking code and told order was shipped. Tracking code didn’t work and order never arrived. Asked for a refund but no reply.

Costco appears to have a total disregard to what a customer wants. They keep you waiting forever on the so called HELP! Line then ask you to press a number and they say they will call back, but the never do.
They a quick enough to take your money but delivery dates are not adhered to even when they say a delivery date you will be extremely lucky if you get it, that’s the experience I have found together with many others. I only wish I had looked at Trustpilot before giving them my money
Having eventually spoken to a very helpful Lady, she has now advised after I asked to cancel my order, surprisingly a message came through within 2 hours to say our order will be delivered tomorrow, I have also been offered a £10 voucher as a goodwill gesture. So not holding my breath until the delivery arrives. It obviously depends who picks up the phone on the other end when you phone.
Dreadful customer service
Dreadful customer service. I ordered a lawn mower on line. It wasn't delivered on the date scheduled and as I couldn't get hold of the shipping company I tried the on line chat facility which is totally useless. After an hour I finally got through to a call handler who promptly cut me off. After another long wait the second call handler said he would 'raise a ticket'. He insisted the lawn mower had been delivered when it had not. He promised to phone me back and never bothered. Ive since heard from the shipping company who say they have the lawn mower and will try and deliver it tomorrow. Be-warned Costco on-line has a completely different culture to the warehouses. I've been a customer of Costco for years and years. I will never ever buy anything on line in the future. Go to the warehouse or shop elsewhere. It is dreadful customer service on-line and a couldn't care less culture. This is such a pity as I love the warehouses.

Don’t use Costco on line they are awful parcel should have arrived yesterday via parcel force and did not arrive the said the same today guess what didn’t arrive today either phoned Costco yesterday although the girl seemed helpful she said she would email today to let me know what’s going on and didn’t , phoned again today this time not so helpful tried to cancel order but she would let me me cancel until 6:00 hade another delivery from parcel via parcel force today from a different company told the guy I had not received a parcel from the previous day he said it had not been put on his van phoned costco again they told me to refuse delivery if it arrives but won’t reimburse me until they get the parcel back this company usded to be excellent now they are failing dismally , use Amazon so far they have never let me down
