CRUISE MONKS Recenzje

I have spoken with Dan a few times times when enquiring about a cruise and he’s always helpful and to the point.

Pleasant experience my question was answered and further information emailed to me ensuring I knew what to do.

James was very helpful. We had two queries which he dealt with both quickly and efficiently.

First time booking with Cruise Monks and I proceeded after an impressive experience with their website - easy to navigate and hassle free search which prompted me to contact them to pursue our cruise booking. Our contact was Dan who was extremely knowledgeable and gave some fabulous tips and advice, being an experienced cruiser himself. The whole process was "plain sailing"....pardon the pun!!

Dan was excellent answered all our questions in a very polite and professional manner. Listen to what we wanted and delivered. Nothing was too much trouble and explained everything in great detail.

A true professional who really cares about his customers

Many thanks dan

Recently booked with cruise monks and had the pleasure of dealing with Dan
Dan was professional polite informative, great advice and very informative
An absolute pleasure to deal with

Found Dan really friendly and helpful

Dan was amazing, so very helpful, explaining the fantastic holiday step by step, offering information on Visas & what to do in a lay off in Shanghai for 8 hours. Also secured extra speciality restaurants for our Wedding Anniversary! We had booked our previous cruise with Dan & he remembered us. Unfortunately that had to be cancelled due to the war in the Middle East. Got money back within a month of cancelling.

I spoke with Max, he was very experienced, listened to what I wanted, and checked with me that what he was going to book for me was exactly what I wanted. Before finalising the booking he went through all the details with me again, ensuring that I knew exactly what I was getting with my booking.

Dan always listens and provides options based on my requirements. He is 'solid' and my guy for when I want to book a cruise

Great value with Excellent service

James listened to my questions and showed patience. He reassured me with the responses.

Wendy did answer part of the question but on my recite for holiday only states 1 pc for luggage no weight or mention of any other bags so I googled it delta allows one small bag and one 10 kg so was not told about this just that normal carry on bags are given but virgin are different who I fly back with

Cruise Monks offer an incredible range of cruise offers around the globe. Adverts are clear, concise and no hidden extras. The staff are always really helpful and our normal contact Max, is a real credit to them

We had a call back with Cruisemonks for a transatlantic cruise we were interested in. We got the call back really quickly and spoke to Dan. He was very knowledgeable and gave us advice and information about the options for the cruise. We've booked with Dan before and have always found him really helpful and he goes out of his way to make sure he finds the best possible price and deal for us. I would really recommend Cruisemonks and Dan to anyone.

Dan is very knowledgeable and able to provide answers to any queries fast.
