First time using this company. They are very efficient they respond to emails promptly and are always happy to answer all questions. I dealt with Rebecca and Rachel on the phone - they were both extremely polite and helpful.

Rebecca Mann managed to book us on a last minute river cruise Paris to Normandy. Everything was handled with complete ease. She even managed to get us great flight times both outward and return despite only 11 days from booking to departure. Great professional service.

Professional and thorough support
I booked a Uniworld cruise to Venice, and the nearby islands. My request to fly from an alternative airport was handled efficiently and without further cost.
As a solo traveller, I wanted to know some extra information about similar travellers and this was also provided quickly, albeit simplistically due to GDPR restrictions.
When I had difficulty checking-in with the airline the day before departure, their website would not recognise me, but that was soon resolved directly by a member of staff.
I shall have no hesitation in using Crui.se for future cruises.

Highly recommend booking with CRUI.SE
Would definitely recommend booking with CRUI.SE and we will be booking our next river cruise with them as well.
We were initially helped by Rachel who sent us 4 quotes and tailored our requirements each time until we found the one that suited us best. When we rang to book, Rachel was unavailable but Carley helped us and was up to speed with what we wanted to book. She was friendly, helpful and polite. At no point during the enquiry process did we feel pressurised into booking. They sent the quotes and then waited for us to decide. Their prices are amazing and they managed to get our river cruise price below that of TUI themselves. All our flights and transfers are included. The deposit was paid efficiently and we received instructions on how to pay the final bill.
