Do not get involved with these robbers in any way. I booked a table at a restaurant through them as it appeared to be the only option. I then found that I had a subscription that I didn’t ask for and was then charged £49 for the privilege. When I contacted them I was told that as I hadn’t cancelled something that I didn’t know I had I was charged!!! Currently they are refusing to repay the stolen money. Complete fraud
Subsequent to numerous complaints I have now received a refund. However Concimax still need to review their covert registration policy otherwise innumerable other people will fall into the same trap

El día 2 de junio recibí un cargo de EUR 69 correspondiente a una suscripción que jamás autoricé. No recuerdo haberme inscrito a ningún plan, no recibí confirmación alguna de suscripción, y el cobro apareció sin previo aviso en mi tarjeta.
Desde entonces he intentado que me reembolsen el monto y, hasta la fecha, no he recibido ninguna reversa ni respuesta satisfactoria. La falta de transparencia en el proceso de cobro y la nula disposición para resolver un error evidente hacen que no pueda recomendar este servicio bajo ninguna circunstancia.
Si están evaluando usar Concimax, tomen precauciones con sus métodos de pago y revisen bien los términos antes de ingresar cualquier dato de tarjeta

This site pretends its a taxi booking…
This site pretends its a taxi booking service. It offored me a taxi but then failed to deliver the service. What it doesnt tell you is it charges a subscription of €69 but you wont know that until you see it on your payment card.
I asked for a refund and they told me its non refundable

Regarding the subscription:
Concimax offers you a personal assistant available 7 days a week to help you with all your bookings: restaurants, taxis, hotels, travel, shows, and much more.
Our service starts with a 3-day trial period for €0.01, then continues with a monthly subscription. You can cancel at any time!
The subscription details are clearly stated on our website and are highlighted at each stage of the registration process, including a checkbox. We also send SMS messages and emails daily after you subscribe to remind you of our terms and conditions and introduce you to the service.
Regarding the taxi ride:
We are sincerely sorry to hear that we were unable to fulfill your taxi request. We understand how frustrating this must have been for you.
At Book Ici, we strive to find the best solutions for our clients, but it's important to note that, as stated on our website, our service consists of searching for an available taxi for you. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that a taxi will always be available at the time of your request, depending on the time and location.
In cases where no taxi is available, one of our concierges will contact you as soon as possible to offer an alternative. We sincerely regret that this wasn't possible this time, and we want to assure you that we take your feedback very seriously to improve our service.
However, don't worry, your subscription can be canceled at any time. To access your account and unsubscribe, please contact us by email.
