Absolute thieving scum bags. Misled into subscribing as was the only way to book a taxi in Ibiza. When I realised they charged me €69 I contacted them and they said it was only pending and wouldn’t be charged and assured me they had cancelled my subscription mistake. I was charged (it wasn’t pending at all) and am still being charged monthly. Now I’ve had to block and cancel my credit card and report these criminals to the authorities. Under no circumstances sign on to this company.
Why this deceptive criminal organisation hasn't been shut down is quite unbelievable.

This company is a dangerous scam
If I could give zero stars, I would. They take advantage of people at their most vulnerable when desperate for taxis etc. They ask for a £0.01 holding fee then charge £69 for an annual concierge service.
They claim this is non-refundable but their website clearly states that, in accordance with the rules applicable to distant contracts, the consumer customer has a period of fourteen (14) days from subscription to exercise the right of withdrawal, whether for the Concierge service or the Magazine.
The right of withdrawal may be exercised by means of a clear and unambiguous statement sent from the customer account area, by email or by means of the standard withdrawal form where it is made available.
Send this clear and unambiguous statement via email then call +44 20 8097 0398 and insist you are refunded immediately in accordance with these terms and conditions and your legal rights as a distant consumer.
They agreed to a refund but this didn’t need to happen as luckily my bank blocked this fraudulent activity.

Same story as others when trying to book a taxi in an emergency situation. My son with disabilities was not able to continue our journey and had to return home.
Did not receive any sms from Concimax and all the emails went into spam.
Asked for subscription fee back within 5 days, as I was not willing to subscribe to anything, nor was aware of this. Did not get money back!

Ladrones! Hice una reserva en un restaurante sin ser conocedor que me estaban dando de alta en concimax, cogen los datos de la tarjeta de credito con la que haces la reserva del restaurante, empiezan a cobrar 0,10€ en los dias posteriores argumentando que es la suscripcion, que es imposible dar de baja porque no te hacen caso, y al cabo de los dias te hacen un cargo de 49€. La unica solucion es anular la tarjeta y perder el dinero porque no puedes dar de baja el servicio.
