My order took a very long time to be delivered, and I filed a complaint and you mentioned that it will arrive on March 17th, and ten days have passed since the date, and the order has not arrived! I want my money back immediately I am very upset with your shopping experience and I just want my money :(

Very very happy with my purchase and the delivery of it, beautiful!

I placed my order for a dress that I had been regularly checking the website for stock of. A couple of days later I received notification that my order was cancelled!! And my refund would take days to process. Not impresses

Would have been 5 stars, but although they were well packed two of the mugs arrived broken, there was no phone number for customer services, however, they did respond quickly by email and refunded for the two items that were broken. I re-ordered two replacement mugs and they also refunded the cost of the postage. I love the mugs and they are very good quality.

The pyjamas are lovely but they don’t seem to be the same soft cotton as our previous pair. Maybe they just need a few washes.

Love all things Cath Kidston so ordered this music box for my unicorn mad granddaughter. It arrived quickly and is delightful. It's a bit different (love the flying pig) and looks a little more 'grown up' than others I have seen. The little twirling unicorn inside is very cute. Love it!

Tolle Sachen wie immer, hier kriegt man sie nicht mehr so ohne weiteres bekommt aber bei Cath Kidston. Auch gibt es immer wieder tolle Sales, wo es Wunderschönes zum kleinen Preis bekommt.
Erst wollte ich das Kleid nicht nehmen, denn es hat einen glänzenden Stoff, das sah im
Katalog anders aus und hätte mir besser gefallen. Aber beim Gehen schwingt es schön, das ist im Sommer bestimmt sehr angenehm. Auch Taschen fehlen mir seitlich. Nun das Muster Teerose hat mich letztlich überzeugt.
Geschirr habe ich auch schon Einiges, der Mug mit den Lämmchen und Bunnies auf hellblauen Grund & dem gelben Henkel, musste jetzt noch mit dazu.
