Excellent Customer Support…

We recently had to reach out to Russell Hobbs Customer Support after our much loved Air Fryer developed a fault. Their response to our warranty claim was extremely prompt and a replacement unit was provided. A huge 'Thank You!' to Alexandru R. for your excellent support. You only find out about a company's support when you call on them for help and Russell Hobbs have been first class. Highly recommended.

3 faulty toasters within a 2 1/2 year period!

I have had 3 faulty toasters within a period of 2 1/2 years!
My first Russell Hobbs 2 slot toaster was purchased from Tesco store on 16 november 2023, after 13 months something burnt inside the toaster, and fused the system
I phoned Russell Hobbs and was told to dispose of appliance properly and was sent a replacement. This was a repeat, it burnt out after 10 months.
They sent a 3rd replacement, a different model and this one lasted nearly 4 months. ( getting progressively worse)
I got in touch once again
and they said they would send a package with free delivery so I could send the old one back for inspection. After 3 weeks nothing....
I contacted them today once again, and they asked for original receipt (which I no longer can find) I did register the 3rd one which shows the warranty is until 08.10.28
They now offered 30% off a new one which I initially considered, but my husband has lost every confidence in Russell Hobbs and doesn't want another faulty product in a few months.
We will purchase another brand, which hopefully will be better quality and more reliable. Russell Hobbs used to stand for quality products, and good service, such a shame.

on live chat for over an hour as website not taking my post code all while trying to report kettle under warranty broken. total nightmare, finally managed to upload photos of receipts and picture of bottom of kettle - I am old, disabled and have no computer skills. finally at end girl asked me to upload videos to prove not working. Unable to do this have on-one that can assist. Asked to speak with supervisor 5 times and was refused, Purchased item in good faith, did not say I would need a degree in computing to report no longer working. Don't know if I will be able to get replacement, but after today will never be purchasing anything from this company, so unhelpful and making no allowances for individual circumstances

Our kettle stopped working.

Our kettle stopped working and was under warranty. After some discussion and giving Rusell hob all relevant information they not only changed the kettel but upgraded to a higher price kettle as ours was not available. I found the staff very knowledgeable and helpful, polite at all times.

What great customer support

What great customer support, a hair clipper I bought two years ago recently conked out, even with a five year warranty it's always a bit dubious if there will be any positive outcome. I couldn't be more pleased with the service I have received and the quick and courteous manner in which it has been delivered. They are sending me a replacement FOC. Excellent!

Great Customer Service

My kettle had developed a fault with the switch mechanism. Because I had registered online for an additional year’s guarantee, it was still under warranty. Customer Service guy was most friendly and helpful, and it was a very easy matter of submitting an email to them with a short video highlighting the issue. I received a response the next day to say they would replace the product. I can’t fault the service received from Russell Hobbs: I have bought several small appliance items over the years (usually directly from them); have always been very happy with the products; and the Customer Service dept has always been brilliant.

Russell Hobbs Excellent Customer Service

Customer Support responded quickly to my report of the failure of my kettle.
They were very helpful with hints on how to provide proof of failure to them.
Their review of my evidence was rapidly completed and they immediately despatched a replacement kettle to me, under warranty.
