As always the products were brilliantly packed which is just aswell as the Ervri delivery person chucked it over a 6 foot fence!! Thankfully nothing was broken.

Delivery was quick bag is lovely. In the UK on holiday but have brought many bags direct from website delivered to New Zealand. I have never had a problem with delivery which to NZ is usually 5to 9 days

Cath kidston’s items are always great, the problem is delivery…
Well, the items I have received are great, they were sent quickly. The only problem is the carrier that delivers to France : they are the worst possible ! I was absent when they came, so instead of sending a message to schedule another delivery, the guy climbed over my fence to leave the parcel in my garden… it stood there for three days in the rain ! Really you should partner with another company !

Всегда очень быстрая и аккуратная доставка, а коробка внутри ещё и красивая. Качество отменное. Чашки с кроликом будут отличным подарком к празднику, а полотенца попадают хозяек. Кошелек каждый день поднимает настроение, а сумка для путешествий вместительная, практичная, с внутренней непромокаемой прослойкой и ещё красивая.

No delivery- 13 days later
Still have not received item ordered 13 days ago. Appreciate that this is likely your couriers fault however you have the contract with them and postage has cost me an additional £3.95.
Needless to say, I will not be ordering any more Cath Kidston items online and will be advising others not to.

Cheap and nasty - had to return. Very disappointing
Bought two bags in the sale for £65. Received them and they were not sturdy travel bags as expected but thin, poor quality tat. I had to spend £9 on returning them by royal mail due to their value as there's no free returns. Very disappointed. Will not be buying from CK again! Avoid!!
