Stated that billing would be backdated…
Stated that billing would be backdated when a meter was installed. Then once meter installed refused to backdate. This resulted in a bill of nearly £600 for unmetered water that was not used. Customewr service was poor then links requesting feedback did not work. No solution just pay pay pay :(

Still charging me for water I'm not using. They think its perfectly ok that I should wait 8 months plus for action to be taken. If I could I would change suppliers.
