I was very happy with my recent experience with an agent on the chat site. I am normally sceptical about using chats on websites as they don’t always answers your queries. I was pleasantly surprised with this experience. I had an urgent issue which needed resolving regarding a bill and I was put onto an Agent called Craig. I explained the problem and he quickly and efficiently looked into for me. After a while the chat session timed out and I thought oh no here we go again but no this was different he then emailed me to say that our session had timed out but he had solved the issue for me. So thank you very much.

I am particularly grateful for the effort he made in arranging the refund of the additional charges that I had been paying over a period of four years (approx.) under Non-household billing to Castle Water instead to Thames Water (household billing).

my bill was incorrect, and it was rectified quickly and new bill to be sent soon

Customer dashboard is awful, customer service is non existent.
We opened up an account in August we made our first payment. Then they closed the account and want us to open a new one again. No explanation no phone call and the dashboard they use needs a training course to navigate.

The customer support agent, Edward Traynor, was exceptional in his professional approach and knowledge to resolve my queries. A 5 star rating for politeness and customer service.

I rang and Curtis answered. I had some information for Castle Water which he took on board and was most grateful.
While I was on he offered to take my payment witch saved me some time.
Very helpful chap.

Bekki was very patient and thorough when assisting with my query today.

Stated that billing would be backdated when a meter was installed. Then once meter installed refused to backdate. This resulted in a bill of nearly £600 for unmetered water that was not used. Customewr service was poor then links requesting feedback did not work. No solution just pay pay pay :(
