Be aware of unannounced late payment fines
I had an ultimately good experience with Castle Water , after I had been helped by a very nice lady called Carole Logan. It started off very badly when I had a very punitive fine applied for late settlement of bill. Be warned there are no warning letters, just a large fine.
However, the support staff ( Carole) helped me to find an amicable final outcome.

Terrible company avoid at all costs.
Terrible company. Extremely agressive when it comes to debt collection. Miss and email with an invoice and payment by a day they will apply hundrends of pounds worth of interest and late collection fees to your account and not let it go. Avoid at all costs.
None of our other business energy suppliers act like this.

Our records show that the account in question are now closed and fully up to date.

Caused a leak by installing a water…
Caused a leak by installing a water meter at our voluntary kids football club. We alerted them to the leak on numerous occasions and they did nothing. We requested forms to inform them officially of the leak, forms were never sent. We now owe £1000 and will have to consider closing the club and denying the children. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!
