Bought my personal email address from somewhere and then subscribed me to their list and send me endless spam emails.
Never heard of them before and they had no reason to endlessly spam me.
A shame companies are adopting this practice in 2026.

Be aware of unannounced late payment fines
I had an ultimately good experience with Castle Water , after I had been helped by a very nice lady called Carole Logan. It started off very badly when I had a very punitive fine applied for late settlement of bill. Be warned there are no warning letters, just a large fine.
However, the support staff ( Carole) helped me to find an amicable final outcome.
