Excellent customer service from Malissa
Excellent customer service from Malissa. She addressed all of my concerns and dealt with every request efficiently and professionally.
She helped me arrange for the credit on one of our company accounts to be used towards the bill on our other account, processed a refund of the remaining balance, and set up both accounts on Direct Debit. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the whole process much easier.

Sarah Byers Customer Service was excellent she was prompt and dealt with my query quickly and efficiently. Raising the case within minutes to get the new meter added to the account so we can continue to provide the meter readings.
