Curtis was extremely helpful in arranging the change on our account and explaining the process between Thames & Castle. I felt that everything I needed to do and know was covered in a clear and professional manner. Excellent customer service from Malissa
Excellent customer service from Malissa. She addressed all of my concerns and dealt with every request efficiently and professionally.
She helped me arrange for the credit on one of our company accounts to be used towards the bill on our other account, processed a refund of the remaining balance, and set up both accounts on Direct Debit. Everything was handled smoothly and efficiently, making the whole process much easier.
