Car leasing made simple™ Recenzje

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Outstanding Customer Service from Louise McDonnell

I had an excellent experience working with Louise McDonnell. She was incredibly patient throughout the entire lease process and truly went above and beyond to make sure I secured the right deal tailored to my specific needs.

Nothing was ever too much trouble , she took the time to review options carefully, explain everything clearly, and ensure I felt confident in my decision. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine willingness to go the extra mile really stood out.

Louise is an absolute credit to the company, and I’m very much looking forward to working with her again in the future. Highly recommended!

2nd car leased from Craig at CLMS and always a pleasure to deal with, document signing process was super easy and everything was again explained to me so there were no surprises, many thanks

Easy process to secure the leases, good prices and the vans were delivered to our door at the time they said they would. The vans look fantastic and will be great additions to our fleet.

I have a great experience with the team especially with Conor
Very professional service and he gave me the confidence to make sure I had the right decision also the team very friendly and supportive and helpful
Overall I’m very happy with the service
I definitely will recommend it to anyone

I've been leasing cars through Car Leasing Made Simple for many years now and they've consistently made the process straightforward, reliable, and hassle-free.
A huge thank you to Chloe, who I've dealt with for a long time. She's incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and professional – guiding me through options, handling changes to specs without any fuss, and always responding quickly.

I was let down today. I had a day off work to accept my delivery and the car was a no-show. I chased, in the afternoon, as I had no word by 15.00.
I was told there was an issue with the seatbelt, it is hard to believe as the journey was over 200 miles, but no contact from the dealer.

So a days money lost and I have to wait in tomorrow for the delivery

Great communication and a pleasure to deal with “Car Leasing Made Simple”
I was kept informed of my enquiries progress and once the car was ordered they are still helpful.

From start to completion, the process was seamless. My 1st point of contact was Chris Barton, he made me feel at ease and took time to explain what would happen and answer the many questions I asked.
I was kept informed at every stage both before and after delivery.
This is the first time I have used a car leasing company, your company was recommended to me and I will not hesitate passing my recommendations on.
Thank you to all the members of staff involved and just to let you know, I love my new car

Thoroughly enjoyed working with this company. Always helpful and friendly and eager to help provide a professional and friendly service. A very special thank you to Naomi for her brilliant customer service. Someone who is proud of her service and an absolute pleasure. A great benefit and credit to the company. Thank you.

This is my first ever lease car and journey has been very smooth.

Great communication and simple from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly... brilliant customer service.

Would highly recommend!!!

From initial enquiry to delivery of the vehicle Louise has been most helpful. I would highly recommend this company

Just a good all round experience
Good staff
Good coaching
Competitively priced

I recently leased 2 vehicles for my business through this firm and found them to be professional and easy to deal with throughout the process. Naomi in particular was great in ensuring we got the best price and prompt delivery.

Overall I am very satisfied with the service. There were a few hiccups along the way with availability of cars and price rises but Zara was fantastic and was able to support me fully to achieve the exact car I've wanted for years within our budget (and even ended up with the *best* colour!) She was very attentive and checked in frequently along the way, always striving to ensure I was happy even when things got a little tricky. She worked very hard for this lease. Thank you again, I love the car!

The process was simple and I was kep informed throughout.

Car leasing made simple, straight forward and simple experience from order to delivery. Louise kept me informed at each stage of the process from order to the delivery + then followed up to make sure everything went as planned.

Very good service and kept up to date with progress

the company were good but i had to wait 5 months for my car - delivery date changed weekly, if you are in a hurry think twice! unless you can get a stock vehicle.
