excellent customer service

Was referred to UK Carline via Carwow for leasing my next vehicle. Initial process of placing order for car was really simple and straight forward and got a great offer on the car that I ordered. There was however a small hiccup after the order was made but this was rectified with no hassle or fuss which I thought was really good and showed excellent customer service (probably the best I've ever experienced from any company I've ever dealt with) kept me fully up to date and kept in contact with me throughout the process and for that I totally forgave the small hiccup, small things can always pop up as we are human, but how they deal with that really shows what a company is really like. The online tracking of the process from order to delivery is really good as well as you can personally keep track of everything. the delivery of the car was really smooth process, the guy that delivered the car was really nice and friendly as well. Dealt with Tom and Kit who were both absolutely fantastic throughout the process. I will definitely use UK Carline again in when I am due my next car or when my wife is ready to order her next car later this year. I can't recommend UK Carline enough and they really deserve the excellent rating they have on trust pilot.

I had to do all the chasing

I had to do all the chasing! The arrangement of the deal was very swift and then my order seemed to go stale, had I not chased I think I would have not received my car. Since taking delivery, I’ve had no documentation and chased again. I have a service package but no idea who or what to contact, should I need to.

Mark was super efficient providing answers promptly to questions as this is 1st time leasing (prev. always pcp) had lots. Process very easy, pricing competitive. Would highly recommend. Now looking forward to delivery of new car and final step being same.
