Jake was totally brilliant all the way through the process. Super professional and accommodating. The delivery team were also great.

The only downside was that Ford clearly did not bother to prep the car. It was far from clean when it arrived. This was not a reflection on the driver he was great. Ford had just clearly not bothered to meet the basics.

Kyle had provided me with many quotes over the month, constantly coming in with competitive quotes whilst I tried to get approval for the vehicle.
When I finally had a quote approved, Kyle quickly arranged everything and I had the vehicle delivered within 2 weeks of the initial application.
I will go back to them when the lease is up to hopefully secure a vehicle via them again.
