I had the pleasure of dealing with Lou at AFL recently while exploring options for a new lease vehicle. Even though market lead times meant we couldn’t get an order over the line on this occasion, I cannot speak highly enough of her service.

Lou is easily the most knowledgeable, genuine, and supportive broker I have ever dealt with. She listened to our requirements, explored every avenue, and gave honest, grounded advice without any hard-sell tactics. She is a real credit to AFL, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a lease.

An exceptional level of Service from Kurt and the team, with great communication at every step, from first enquiry right through until after car delivery. So refreshing to have such amazing service, I would not hesitate to recommend.

Overall nothing to complain about but we have felt that communication hasn’t been great and we had to wait quite a long time for our vehicle which maybe wasn’t communicated that well. A follow up call would be nice once the vehicle arrives to ensure all is well and all gone to plan. Anyway all fine and overall a good service.

Wrong spec vehicle delivered "knowingly." Vehicle dirty and fluid levels low. Infotainment screen had a fault and recall awaited on vehicle, which I was not made aware of.
Would never entertain using this leasing company again.
Although I was compensated, it completely took the gloss off having a new car.
Explanation given by the lease company is incorrect. 2026 version ordered, 2026 version confirmed by lease company. I have an e mail which shows we were apparently rung and we said the 2025 version was ok. It never happened. Lies and more lies. Stay clear of this company for your own sanity.

Well the name says it all, very easy. What I particularly liked was the communication from you. I was kept informed of the progree and everything was explained very easy.

Louise was very professional in how she dealt with changing my car and is highly recommended. She looked for and found me the best vehicle at the best value for money with the spec/vehicle i wanted.

From day 1 to the day I received the car I have had excellent service . it has been easy to navigate any forms that needed completing. All communication have been excellent . I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

It was very simple and no problems at all. Luckily I got another V/W so I knew where everything was. But if a new person received their new car and totally new to them. The person who drop the car couldn’t help. He was just the driver dropping car off. I think that was sad. I was always showed where everything was especially a new car.

Couldn’t be happier with the efforts made by Louise McDonnell in arranging my new car. Went above and beyond to get the deal funded and across the line. It’s easy to overlook the obstacles we came across when sourcing, funding and delivery of this car. A new customer for AFL, a new company to get credit for as well as a new dealer introduced to AFL and not to mention a rare and difficult car/spec to secure. Nothing was too much bother for Louise.

I’m very grateful and I have a fantastic new salary sacrifice car. Win, win.
