I flagged up an issue with the car specification even though I accepted its delivery.

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. I’m sorry for the confusion caused around the vehicle specification. The description displayed included European‑market options that aren’t available on UK models, which understandably led to the concern you raised about the exterior trim.
Our Compliance Officer reviewed this with you, and our understanding is that the matter was fully addressed and a satisfactory outcome was reached. We genuinely appreciate your patience throughout the process.
I’m pleased to hear that you found our pre‑delivery team efficient and friendly, and we look forward to supporting you again with your next lease in the future.

Supportive and professional company
The company offered me a great deal on a car of my choice. Moreover, they were very professional and supportive throughout the process and they have negotiated a delivery timeline that suited me best. The car had a minor defect that was sorted almost immediately and at no cost to me. Great company to do business with and highly recommend them

CLMS
CLMS is great but one of the sales staff who I discovered is no longer working there, ordered my new car too early. As a result, it sat in a compound for nearly 3
months before I was able to take it on.

I had an excellent experience with Chloe Edwards from start to finish. The whole car leasing process was smooth, straightforward, and completely stress-free. Chloe was professional, knowledgeable, and always quick to respond to any questions I had.
She took the time to explain all the options clearly, made sure I understood every step, and kept me updated throughout the entire process. Nothing ever felt rushed or pressured — just honest advice and outstanding customer service.
From the initial enquiry to receiving the car, everything was handled efficiently and with great attention to detail. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Chloe to anyone looking for a reliable and seamless car leasing experience.

Not the best experience
On initial order I was told delivery 1-2 weeks as the vehicle was in stock. After the initial delivery date was given, this came and went. Eventually after much pushing on my part - i managed to get a confirmed delivery date - some 4 weeks after the original order.
Delivery date came, and I waited until after 3 pm before phoning to as where the vehicle was, at this point I was told there was a 'problem with the delivery company' and I wasn't getting my vehicle. No-one had thought to call/email/ send smoke signals to inform me, which is very poor customer service.
This also left me without a vehicle for the weekend, and meant another day off work for the delivery that was rescheduled on the Monday. In fairness to the people I spoke to - they were very helpful in trying to resolve, but still I felt it shouldn't have taken a phone call from me to prompt any action.

Hi Liam,
Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback.
I’m sorry for the frustration caused during your delivery process. All dates provided at the point of order are estimated and can be subject to change, even on stock vehicles. Stock vehicles typically take around 3–4 weeks from order to delivery, and your delivery was booked within this expected timeframe.
The supplying dealership is responsible for arranging and completing the delivery, and it was only when you contacted us to chase the vehicle that we became aware there was an issue on their side. I appreciate how disappointing it must have been not to be informed sooner, and I understand the inconvenience this caused, including being left without a vehicle and needing to take additional time off work.
As agreed, the cost of the hire car will be refunded to you. We received the invoice on Monday, and it is currently being processed.
Thank you for your patience, and I’m glad our team were able to support you once the issue was identified. If there is anything further you need, please let me know.
