I misunderstood information I read in their ad information when I initially ordered. However, after getting in contact with their customer service, everything was completely resolved. I'm very pleased with the final results.

It was easy to set up my account and I navigation was intuitive. I'm enjoying the app and lesson so far.

So far I have only used the AI chat bot, so don't know enough to give it five stars. The AI bot clearly has a data set in its LLM to serve the needs of people investigating their relationship with alcohol well. My focus has been on identifying a higher power to help me change the trajectory of my actions. I love how it comprehends lengthy explanations, lets me start up where we stopped off, and asks questions to move me forward in my contemplation.

Clear explanations

Too many promotions for such a sensitive topic. When one commits to a program like this, getting bombarded with more things to purchase is overwhelming.

I did not use the actual app/service and cancelled during the trial period. Somehow my cancellation wasn't fully processed at their end and I was charged a full subscription fee anyway after the trial period. The customer support agent Teresa Daguia was very helpful and offered a full refund. I am very grateful for her help.

The application is fantastic but above all is ITS customer service department. Teresa Daguia has been awesome always prompt to help AND answer my questions.
