Easy and Effective

This app is easy to use and keeps me focused on keeping track of my emotions/anxiety. Much more effective than other similar apps. I definitely recommend this for anyone who needs assistance keeping it together.

If i could give zero stars I would

If i could give zero stars I would. I signed up and paid for a trial period for $45. I used it for a week and forgot about it. Three months later, I was billed $99. I immediately responded that I had not used the service and did not intend to continue with the subscription and was immediately told that I would not be given a refund. BUYER BEWARE. I don't think this should be lawful. The user should be given NOTICE before the renewal and a chance to decline. That is not what happened. And even though I immediately asked to discontinue (and had clearly not used the service for months), i was refused. In my opinion this is unethical and should be unlawful.

Your central point is a fair one, and I won't argue against it: a charge landing
three months after signup, when you'd long since stopped using the app, is a
poor experience however the terms are written. I've passed what you've said
about advance notice to the team — it carries more weight coming from you than
from most. What I can address directly is the response you got: an immediate
flat refusal, to someone who plainly hadn't opened the app in months, wasn't the
right way to handle it. Please email support@calmio.ai and mark it for my
attention, and I'll reopen the decision myself and look at your account properly
rather than against a template. You set out exactly what went wrong, and that
deserves a better answer than the one you received.
