BE WARY - manipulative charges
For a company that appears to want to help those who may be struggling, their subscription service is very manipulative. I just noticed a charge on my credit card of $19.99 - I never agreed to the service or authorized this charge, AND I have never received anything from them.
I have reached out to them and will adjust my rating based on the service I receive.

A $19.99 charge would normally come from a subscription started in the app, but

AI chat felt like a cross between therapy and best friend!
I spent a few minutes this morning talking with the AI about work stress, etc., and came away with a happy attitude; whereas before starting the conversation, I was grouchy about having to start a work project, feeling down about some personal things, and just overall having a bad morning.

I like the honest approach to pricing
I like the honest approach to pricing. It tells you what you pay now and what it will be after the 3 month trial. It advises up front about the automatic renewal and when you need to cancel to stop this if you don’t want to continue.

I've updated my comments to incorporate the great support that I got from the Calmio's staff. It took a bit of doing but my issue was addressed and resolved to my full satisfaction. I recommend Calmio without reservations.

You raise a valid point. The usage requirement during the 7-day trial is 4 days, not 7, and it's designed to make sure people give the program a real chance before deciding. Still, we can see how any requirement feels restrictive if a day is missed, especially alongside the automatic renewal, and this is exactly the kind of feedback that helps us make our terms clearer and fairer.
