Ryan of customer service processed my request with British Essentials Packing Department to carefully protect my order of 48 packages of Asian Noodles travelling to Switzerland.

Ich habe eine Ware bestellt, davon ist ein Teil angekommen. Bei der ersten Lieferung haben sie ein Teil zu wenig gesendet! Habe per Mail geschrieben, sie antworten nicht! Finde wenn man Ware bezahlt hat, sollte man auch alles bekommen. Kaufe dort nie mehr ein!

I'm happy you had everything that I ordered in stock. I appreciated the updates on delivery. Speaking of, even DHL came through. In the past I've had two shipment with broken jars.

I got exactly what I ordered, everything in stock. Packaged really well & delivered promptly, thank you. Can't wait to open these on Christmas Day!

Quick delivery, however not well packed had 1 of the items open when I received it

This time of year, my grandma sent gifts for us, from England. Mom put everything in hiding for Christmas. She sent all kinds of goodies and books; like a book that was written by Paul McCartney, and I think....George, or was it John? Anyway, I ordered a couple of things that grandma sent us. I just wanted to remember back to nicer times.

So far I need to give the 1 or zero stars. I have been calling their phone number, emailed their customer service and mail emails, I have messaged them on instagram and no response and ordered something for my wife’s birthday. I can’t get in touch with them

Thought this website was no good but I was wrong, shipping was extremely quick to Australia with DHL and everything I ordered was packed well, thank you guys.

Order content as requested, showed up in a reasonable amount of time and in good condition.

The item was returned to the sender and I was still charged for the item. Moreover, when tracking my item I was provided with conflicting explanations from 'none was home' to 'blocked at the border' to returned to sender' never again!

Great delivery and delivery information.
Product was perfect.

Order was processed quickly and delivered from the UK in good condition.

Pros: Nice variety of items and the ones that were shipped were packed nicely and arrived ok with expiry dates not near. Gave store credit when due.

Cons: The order took a long time to ship and customer service also initially took days to respond to my inquiry. After all that, order arrived with one item missing.

Hope to order again and have a smoother customer experience.

Update: I placed a second order given I had store credit. I'm sorry to say never again. While they shipped much more rapidly this time, for some reason they used 2 parcels? The first arrived in about a week, but upon checking the shipping email, it was YET AGAIN missing an item. I emailed about this, but no reply. The most absurd thing is the second parcel took over 3 weeks to arrive. It makes NO sense it went to Serbia, which is non EU. In Serbia it stayed for 11 days. BE did reply to my inquiry on that, saying it was delayed "in customs." Sorry, it should have passed customs in an EU member state! Then it had to pass customs again, where I live in Italy.

Unless they invest in upgraded shipping or use DHL I can't order again nor do I recommend them to people in the EU. It appears the shipments arrive sooner in the US and Australia based on reviews!

Always enjoy using British Essentials quick and easy, good memories from home.

I love the products that I bought.
It was so nice to smell the old smells from home.
