I needed a new water refill indicator for my Marella filter jug. The original supplied had become impossible to reset. I made contact with Brita and received a new indicator within a couple of days. Great customer service.

Absolutely Brilliant service! I wrote to their website that the indicator on my brita has stopped working on late Sunday evening, I had a reply that a replacement was being sent to me on first thing on Monday morning! In this day and age you don’t expect that that level of service!
I am really impressed with Brita!

Fantastic customer service. Worthy of a 5* rating. I received my jug but was missing the LED indicator light. I think I most likely threw it away with the packaging. I contacted Brita to purchase one, but they sent a new light to me free of charge within a few days.

Superb customer service from Brita UK. The filter indicator on my jug has stopped working after a few years and I just happened on an article that you could order new ones from Brita at no cost. Emailed them got a reply within a couple of days and received the new indicator within a week. Was kept informed of progress all the way. Very impressed indeed. Thank you.

Asked for a new indicator for my elderly mum and was unsure if I had to register her water jug, it was very easy to sort out. Cant fault the customer service as thought I may have to jump through a few more hoops, but didnt have to.

For the first time in 20 yrs of continuously using Brita Water Filters we noticed a taint/taste issue so I complained to their Customer Services team...There is a lot of form filling-in to be done but it turned out to be relevant as one of our answers highlighted a cartridge preparation issue my wife had been doing incorrectly: namely failing to hold the new cartridge underwater in a deep bowl and shake it vigorously from side to side to disperse the contents evenly prior to use...Having discarded two charges of the newly filtered water as usual the taint disappeared completely and the water tasted as pure as Highland spring water...Therefore both the excellent Maxtra Pro filter cartridges and the Brita team came thru' with flying colours ! ...

Customer service resolved my issue very quickly and arranged a replacement without any hassle. I am extremely satisfied with the support I received — truly an excellent experience. Brita is a fantastic company with outstanding customer care.

Needed a new indicator for my 3 year old water filter. Emailed Brita and got a response within hours. A replacement free of charge part was then mailed to me.

Having had a water jug for my fridge door for years, I decided to replace it. I purchased an Aluna model which looked the same as before. However it had a different type of lid which we found difficult to refill the jug.
I contacted Brita and was delighted with the response and care from Julia. Our jug is being replaced by the company with the Marella model.
I wish all companies had the same caring attitude.

I had a mishap with the lid of my Brita Marella filter jug.
I requested to purchase a new lid as this one was out of guarantee, as far as I could remember. I was amazed at the quick response and helpfulness, emails being responded to within minutes. What a change from so many companies whose response comes in days or not at all. A replacement lid is on its way - the very same day as my enquiry. Outstanding service!

A fantastic company that I trust above others. The timer on my water jug started to fade earlier this week and I contacted Brita to get a new one. They were so helpful, and a replacement was sent out straight away. This is how all companies should treat their customers. A+ from me.

Requested, (via email), two replacement memos from BRITA UK customer service - one each for jug and refrigerator. Had email confirmation of despatch from a member of their team (BABS), and was delighted when they arrived only 3 days later! This is only the second time in over 2 years that I have needed to ask for replacements, and have met with the same incredible response. Absolutely first class service. Thank you once again team. Faultless!

My filter replacement indicator had stopped working in my glass filter jug. Within less than a day I had contacted the Brita support team and received responses to confirm a replacement would be sent to me. I'm a first time user of water filter systems and decided to buy the Brita glass jug along with a pack of cartridges. It's so easy to use and we've got into the routine of topping up. The water tastes much better and I have confidence that anything untoward is being removed.
I had a problem with the cartridges and unsure what to do about it and at age 77 find the prospect of trying to resolve issues online daunting.
However, I shouldn't have been so nervous. Customer Care were friendly, helpful and solved the problem speedily.
I am so pleased with Brita and highly recommend their home filtration system. They've got a new brand loyal customer!
