Needed a replacement indicator after the battery failed on an Amazon purchased kettle, email requested I needed a new one and they, without need for receipt, promptly sent one for no cost, great service.

Short description of the BRITA advertisement and pricing issue
BRITA advertises the BRITA mypure P1 tap with a “Was £444 – Now £249.99 (40% off)” promotion. They stated that this 40% discount would run until 30 April, after which the price would return to the “normal” market price.
However, the real situation is very different. The true market price of this product has been around £249.99 all year, without any increase to £444 at any point. I personally monitored this product for more than half a year because I was planning to buy it, and the price was always approximately £249.99.
BRITA told me that the promotion would end on 30 April and that the price would return to its standard level. But today, on 2 May, the price is still £249.99, the same as always, and the advertisement still shows the same “Was £444 – Now £249.99” discount.
This means the “£444” reference price appears to be artificially inflated, and the “40% off” discount is not genuine. It is simply a marketing tactic based on a price that does not reflect the real market value.
The product itself is good, but the marketing approach is extremely disappointing — it feels like a low‑level sales trick rather than the behaviour of a reputable company.

Paid £250 for a new Brita tap as the old one needed replacing. Chased up delivery with UK office and told I had to call Germany local call to check this out. Was informed it had been delivered and signed for. Explained I had not received it and could I have the photo of the signature and picture of the front door where it was delivered. The customer service was awful very unhelpful told to call parcel force myself and so it went on. They told me I couldnt have a replacement as it was under investagation. THe photo was not our front door and the signature not mine. The UK office were so helpful and after lengthy phone calls the matter was resvolved. THe UK office have taken up my complaint but product excellent but customer service in Germay dreadful.

No issues at all. My query was dealt with swiftly, as within an hour and twenty-five minutes the replacement part was on its way.
That's why I've been using Brita for fifteen years.

They answered my e-mail request about a replacement timer for the BRITA water tank promptly. A new one, free of charge, was sent out and I received it within a few days.

Very disappointing experience. I placed an order two weeks ago and received no dispatch update, despite being told I would be contacted. I had to chase for information myself, at which point I was finally given a tracking number and told the parcel is being returned to the retailer due to a labelling error. I entered my address correctly at checkout (as confirmed in my order email), so this appears to be an issue on the retailer’s side. Frustrating lack of communication and avoidable delay.

Contacted Brita Customer Services, by email, on 18th April 2026 to obtain a replacement LCD Memo Indicator for our Brita Water Filter Jug. Received a reply from Harriet, Brita Senior Customer Services Advisor on the 20th April arranging a replacement item sent free of charge. Received on 27th April, and exceptionally pleased! Brita always provides excellent service, and many thanks to all involved.

The customer service was extremely rude. It seemed that some staff lacked basic customer service standards. I had to make two calls this morning, and both agents were unhelpful, spoke harshly, and directed me to another number—one even raised their voice.
The item had been received a couple of days ago, and after installation, it was leaking from two places. I initially contacted customer service to find a solution, but after these interactions, I am no longer happy to keep the item and will be returning it for a refund.
It appears the first two calls were handled by the online team based in Germany. In contrast, the UK team was far more professional and friendly—I spoke with two representatives in the UK, and both were excellent and very helpful.

I concur with the other reviews. The timer on our filter jug gave up after 4 years or so. They sent me a new timer, free of charge ... no fuss, no drama ... just great service.

Today I received 3 complimentary Maxtra Pro Limescale cartridges which I should have been using from the start. Not realising due to living in a hard water area the normal Pro cartridge was not lasting 4wks which I informed Brit.To get something for nothing is great excellent service and friendly customer service.

I was in need of a replacement water meter for my filter jug and the company replied to my email within 24 hours and offered to send a replacement for free. Delighted. It’s nice to see some companies still have great customer service.

I emailed Brita Customer Care about how to replace my 4 week memo timer on my water filter. I received a reply the very next day offering a free replacement, not even postage costs needed. I am delighted with the speed and efficiency of them dealing with my query. Big thumbs up, and shout out to Babs and Maxine who did the work. Thank you!
