Phox is the best water filter I've ever used, especially I like that the jar is made of glass, not plastic. Super easy to use, and customer services are really helpful and reply quickly. Definitely recommend!

Been using your product for couple years as a lot cheaper then the refills on a Brita water filter .easy to use and last longer then a normal refill would .i recently decided to give the Phox wave jug a go and does the job but really don’t like the lid function on it . If fill up using opening end up with water flipping back on me and can’t use as it’s filling up as could with my brita as end up spilling every where. So wasted money as think going switch back to brita but would recommended the filters and be sticking with them.

Been using the Brita substitute filter for about a year. It is a real hassle to remove the content. Once new filter material is on, it leaks for a a few days, leaving the water with a suspicious black colour… I am coming back to the original Brita filters.

I use the phox softening filter for reducing limescale in my coffee machine, otherwise I wouldn't bother filtering my tap water.
Refills are delivered fast, packaging is minimal and with clear recycling instructions.

I’ve always hated the taste of tap water, but hated the waste of buying bottled water. I’d always thought about getting a water filter, but hated the waste that came with throwing away a plastic cartridge monthly. Not only does phox minimise waste, it makes the water taste amazing. The alkaline pack is my favourite, tasting the best and adds magnesium to the water. They do their own filter and a brita compatible one. Not only have I converted, the rest of my family also has!

Not altogether happy that I can only order from source, but very happy with the product

I’ve been using Phox water filters for around 2 years now and would never switch back. We live in an extremely hard water area and their filter and granules have no trouble softening it. Delivery is always very quick and customer service is very helpful when required. I have a subscription for 3 months of supplies each time, which means I never run out. Highly recommend!
