I've used Brita filter jugs for many years and replaced my last one last year. Unfortunately, the indicator unit in the lid stopped working and I was reluctant to try replacing the battery myself so emailed Brita on Saturday night to ask advice. Today, Monday lunchtime, I've received a reply from Brita telling me they're sending a new timer unit and advising that I can recycle the old one at any battery recycling point. Excellent service from Brita and reassuring to know that I'm right to remain a loyal customer. Problems happen but it's a measure of a company in how they deal with these issues and Brita have got it right.
Edited to add that the promised replacement indicator unit arrived safely today, simply clicked into the lid of the jug and works perfectly. Brita had asked me to allow 7 working days for delivery, perfectly reasonable, but the part arrived within 3 working days. Outstanding service from Brita (and Royal Mail!)

Had a query about how long a cartridge should last in my area in view of cartridge intermittent use. Customer service was excellent in being prompt in reply and answering my question and being friendly (by email). A good experience.

Amazing customer service!!
I had never thought about using water filters until I had some health episodes last year. using a BRITA water filter has helped a lot, and I was gifted a filter water bottle after a while.
The lid broke, however, customer support has provided a replacement bottle. The service was really quick, and really friendly, and I am really glad to have had their support. They have left a great impression of what excellent customer service is like!!

Quick replies and positive service - The water quality indicator was missing from our new jug and without any fuss/quibbling or need for receipts or other evidence Brita are sending me a new one.

This is our third Brita jug, all good, fits in the fridge ok , easy to change filters, the only drawback is that the spout lid sticks now and again and then water pours all over the worktop, to save embarrassment we flip the lid before pouring.

I luckily dealt with Babs not only did she help me with my specific issue she was proactive and gave me additional guidance on how to get the best out of my machine.
She then arranged for some replacement cartridges free of charge.

Placed an order twelve days ago, still not dispatched.
Messaged Brita through their website about this seven days ago, no reply.
Phoned their "online order" customer helpline number, and nobody answers, it just keeps ringing.

My old indicator stopped working so I emailed Brita for a replacement and in less than 24hrs, a replacement was sent to me free of charge. Absolutely incredible, thank YOU!

Very good customer care. I bought my elderly mum her first Brita filter jug in October 2021 but we discovered by October 2025 that Brita no longer make filters that fit the jug, forcing me to buy her new one. I thought I would try a slightly slimmer one for her small fridge and then discovered that this new one didn't work very well - poor design. I contacted Brita and after a few emails explaining the problems we were having they kindly exchanged the jug for an upgraded one that does work. We are all very happy now.
