J'ai envoyer un message le vendredi le lundi mon message était traité j'ai fourni les informations demandées et le mardi le nouveau moteur était envoyé, parcontre GLS n'es jamais venu sonner chez nous j'étais là on a dû aller à gemmenich le chercher

Lay-z-spa Mauritius : Article top, grand et pas trop bruyant. Il y a eu une erreur de colissage pour le couvercle. Prise de contact avec le SAV. Début du suivi peu coordonné, chaque mail avec les informations était traité par une personne différente qui ne regardait pas l'historique du dossier. Quand l'erreur a été constatée, il a d'abord fallu détruire l'article erroné pour pouvoir recevoir le bon. Or il protégeait malgré tout partiellement et ce n'était pas un erreur de commande de ma part... Résultat, 6 jours pour avoir le bon couvercle après avoir détruit le partiel, alors que la commande de base a été livrée en moins de 24h par le revendeur partenaire !

fast and correct handling of the complaint

My pump was broken, and I submitted a complaint via the online portal. Unfortunately, after a week, I still hadn’t received any response. Eventually, I tried calling several times, but each time I was on hold for half an hour, even though there were supposedly no other callers in line and no one ever picked up. So unfortunately, it was impossible to reach anyone by phone, which really isn’t positive.
In the end, I decided to send an email and just hope for a quick reply. Thankfully, after that, the issue was resolved quickly, and I have now received a new pump.

Bad service

Kapotte pomp jacuzzi, binnen garantie van 2 jaar. Na filmpjes opgenomen te hebben van het probleem, kregen we een nieuwe pomp opgestuurd.

Des procédures un peut strictes. Mais très efficace

Le service après vente est réactif et efficace. J'admire leur côté commercial dans la résolution de mon problème étant donné que mon produit venait juste de tomber en panne quelques jours après la date de fin de garantie : bravo à Bestway pour cela.

I like that I got the pump replaced. I dislike it took so long and I had to give some irrelevant information like the serial nimber of the liner of the swimming pool although the problem was with the pump. The person didn't know that Izaki was also under bestway guarantee. Then the guarantee was contested because the video, made at the shop by the vendor, showed an electrical multiplug. I was not happy at all but I still give 3 stars, because in the end, it was resolved and I got a new pump delivered.

Service après vente très réactif et compréhensif. J’ai eu un souci avec mon échelle et ils ont traité le problème directement.

Le service après vente est vraiment top 👍🏽 très rapide et très efficace.
Cela fait deux fois que je fait appel et les problèmes on été gérer avec grand professionnalisme.
