Not long enough in the skirt
The skirt did not have the drape I wanted. It was a bit short and the shoulders were too wide for me.

Hello Nichola - we are sorry your order didn't reach you in the expected time-frame. It was placed over the bank holiday weekend and from despatch, it did reach you within two days. Our basic delivery service allows a 2-7 working day window but we do have Express Delivery options if you need a future order faster.

They went above and beyond to swap my order to the new style I wanted, so the team at the warehouse were informed and amended the order. I recieved my package at great speed. The quality of Baukjen clothing is five star!! Great quality fabrics which Baukjen use which you know will last with a great fit.

Nice clothes, VERY slow returns
Good clothes but absolutely GLACIAL returns process. My return was received at Baujken on 17th August and still waiting for it to hit my bank account as at 9th September. All above board, as this is within their terms, but I have never experienced such a slow refund with any other brand.

Easy Ordering & Returns
My coat was delivered quickly and in a gorgeous box, making it feel very special. It wasn't suitable and the Returns process was easy to follow.
I'm awaiting a Refund which can take upto 14 days...a bit too long in my opinion.
