by which time I'd gone away for a week so have not yet been able to try the item.
Compared to other companies I use regularly, this order took along time to reach me. Perhaps it was foolish of me to expect a quicker delivery time.

3 week delay on refund
Sadly the jacket I ordered didn't fit well and I had to send it back, the return process was straight forward but after 3 weeks still no refund! I had to call the customer contact team to get them to refund me and I'm still waiting for it!

Excellent despatch service and great quality,environmentally conscious fabrics however return refunds are extremely slow which puts me off purchasing anything further from Baukjen.

Delivery felt slow and when Evri delivered the paper package was sodden even though I picked it up as soon as it was delivered.
The dress was nice but too long in the body for my 5ft 5 ins.

Another gorgeous product from this company. Everything is truly beautifully designed and made. I feel the sizing is a little 'off' - I'm one size in dresses, but in other items - shirts, and particularly, coats - even one size up doesn't seem to be a great fit. Not to distract from the quality, though. You are paying a premium, but you know exactly what you're buying, and why. Delivery was really slow - not sure if it's their fault or the carrier.
