Excellent styles
Excellent delivery, packaging and prompt service.
The items I ordered were all excellent, good quality and stylish. Unfortunately most were too short in the waist but 2 of the dresses were looser fit and I was able to keep them.
Returns service was also excellent and relatively easy via the the post office/Royal Mail.

Amazing Brand, but painful returns
3 stars seems unnecessarily harsh for a brand that is becoming more appealing by the minute. The clothes are fantastic, quality great and the being such a sustainable Bcorp is a fantastic feat for the business. But to have 14 working day payment on returns means it can take up to a month to get any money back when you include posting and time taken for the return to be logged. It’s an unnecessary customer frustration when everything else seems so flawless. Tightening up this process will eliminate one of your only detractors, and make me certainly shop more often!

Baukjen is a great company with innovative design, lovely clothes at a reasonable price. I recently bought two Maeva ribbed long sleeved tops for my grand-daughters as presents and they loved them. The Baujken website is easy, the follow up information regarding orders excellent and speedy delivey.

Very nice dress but sad colours
The size and cut of the dress (Grace dress) are just perfect. However I would have liked a choice of différent colours, something brighter and more cheerful.

Flattering and comfortable trousers. Could be worn for smart occasions but also more casual with a t-shirt or vest top. High quality material; probably won't need any ironing. A versatile addition to my wardrobe.

Quality and style good
Dress is well made and a nice style. Looks good with or without a belt.
The background colour is nearer to black rather than the stated navy hence my reason for the return as it doesn’t suit me. The process to create a return was easy
The website states that it is likely to take 24 working days for a refund to appear so I’m still waiting at this stage. Last year I had to chase a refund after the stated period had lapsed so I’ve set my expectations low this time. Better to buy Baukjen from John Lewis or Next if you aren’t sure if it’s the correct size as a month is a long time to wait.
